The Purposes of Research:this paper based on the relevant researches of predecessors.It preliminary proved that the social support of college high level table tennis athletes have the relationship between the learning motivation and learning burnout,and further verified that the learning motivation in social support can influence college high level table tennis athletes to form the intermediary role model in learning burnout.All that is to provide the theoretical basis for understanding the relationship between social support and learning burnout,as well as to provide social support at the point of view in learning motivation to expose college high level table tennis athletes,so as to provide a new approach to prevent or alleviate the sense of learning burnout.The Object and The Method of Research:by using social support scale,learning motivation questionnaire and learning burnout scale to recruit college high level table tennis athletes(such as from Peking University,China University of Political Science and Law,Yangzhou University,etc.).There are totally 230 questionnaires,216 questionnaires recycling,and 184 questionnaires are available.The effective of recovery rate questionnaires are about 80%,with social SPSS20.0 statistical analysis package for statistical analysis.First of all,using independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis to test the differences of college high level table tennis athletes between social support,learning motivation and learning burnout in demographic variables;Then,using the correlation analysis to explore the pair wise correlation among the social support,the learning motivation and the learning burnout;Finally,using the structural equation model technology to verify the social support influence learning burnout of collegehigh level table tennis athletes in learning motivation intermediary role model.The Results of Research:(1)the college high level table tennis athletes always get higher scores in social support and learning motivation,which is in the average level,and they always get the low scores in learning burnout,which is at a level below average.What's more,there exist no significant difference between the grade and gender in social support,but significant in sports level,so the secondary level of athletes get higher scores in social support than the best athletes and the first level of athletes;and then there does not exist significant differences in learning motivation and the gender,but does exist in the sports class and the grade,so learning motivation of the secondary level of athletes are higher than the best athletes and the first level of athletes,the learning motivation of a freshman is significantly higher than the other three grade athletes;and then there does not exist significant differences between gender and grade in learning burnout,but does exist in sports level,so the learning burnout of the best athletes are higher than the first level of athletes,the first level of athletes is higher than secondary level of athletes.(2)From the perspective of the three dimensions of social support,objective support and utilization degree only have the significant differences in gender,not in other demographic variables;Subjective support has the significant differences on the sports level,but not in other demographic variable,so the secondary level of athletes are higher than the best athletes and the first level of athletes in subjective support.From the perspective of the four dimensions of learning motivation,learning interest and ability haven't significant differences in the demographic variables,but have significant differences between the sport class and grade in reputation,so the junior and the senior athletes are easier to earn the reputation than the freshman and sophomore athletes,and the best athletes and the first level of athletes are easier to earn the reputation than the secondary level of athletes.Furthermore altruism orientation makes the significant differences in gender,so the female athletes are significantly higher than male.From the perspective of the three dimensions of learning burnout,there are significant differences of physical and mental exhaustion in the gender and grade,so the male athletes are greater than female athletes in physical and mental exhaustion,the physical and mental exhaustion of the freshman and sophomore athletes are higher than the junior and senior athletes;Academic alienation in gender and grade does not have significant differences,but exist in the level of exercise,so the best athletic and the first class of athletes are higher than the secondary level of athletes in academic alienation.And there is a significant difference in the low sense of accomplishment,so the male athlete has a lower sense of accomplishment than the female athletes.(3)Through the regression analysis,it found that in the regression equation which seen the social support as the independent variables,social support has negative effect in learning burnout,but has positive effect in learning motivation;In the regression equation which seen the learning burnout as the dependent variable,learning motivation have the negative role in learning burnout,and learning burnout haven't the significant negative effect in social support.The Conclusion of Research:(1)the senior and high grade college high level table tennis athletes are better than the lower grades and low level athletes in social support and learning motivation;The learning burnout of the high grade high level athletes are higher than the low level athletes.(2)The social support,learning motivation and learning burnout of high level table tennis athletes are exist the intrinsic relationship,embodied in the social support has influence on learning motivation and learning burnout,(3)Learning motivation of high level table tennis athletes plays a complete mediating role in the influence of social support to learning burnout,that means social support influences learning burnout through learning motivation.
