Research On Higher Education Expenditure Of Rural Households In Guizhou Province

Before the 1990s,the state spent all the expenses on higher education.After the 1990s,the state began to charge fees,and the state was not the only subject of expenditure.And transfer to household expenditure.With the increase in the cost of higher education,some families in the rural areas of Guizhou Province have tightened their clot hing and even borrowed money to allow their children to receive higher education.For a long time,it has produced the "Matthew effect",and the gap between the rich and the poor is widening.If this phenomenon occurs during the tenure of office,It will cert ainly cause the consolidation of the rural stratum,cause the people to feel unfair,and then affect the harmonious development of the society.In this paper,three colleges and universities in Guizhou province and three places in Bijie,Zunyi and Guiyang were investigated by means of random sampling throug h compiling questionnaires and interview outline,taking college students and rural fa milies in Guizhou province as the object of investigation.The results show that the expenditure of higher education of rural families is limited,the asymmetric information of rural families exists the phenomenon of irrational payment,some charges of colleg es and universities are unreasonable,the investment of government funds for higher education is insufficient,and the state subsidy policy needs to be improved,and so on.This article from the family basic situation,including the parent occupation,the educa tion level,the age and so on influence to the rural family expenditure intention and the expenditure ability,the family income and expenditure situation,It includes the influ ence of income expenditure on expenditure intention and expenditure ability and the charging standards of colleges and universities,the influence of rural families themselves and the gap between urban and rural areas on higher education expenditure.The corresponding countermeasures include raising the income level of the rural families,strengthening the propaganda and education of the rural families,formulating reasonable charging standards,increasing the investment of higher education funds,and raising the income level of the rural families,and strengthening the propaganda and education of the rural families.Improve the state subsidy policy and so on.
