In recent years,China's private primary and secondary schools have a rapid development,the development and progress of the school is inseparable from the professional development and personal growth of teachers.Teachers' professional development has always been a hot topic in education research.As an important tool for learning other basic subjects,mathematics teachers' professional development is also the focus of mathematics education research.Private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers through what path to improve the level of professional development,professional development activities and what factors are affected by are practical problems that need to be considered.This paper will conduct an in-depth study from the basic characteristics and influencing factors of private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers' professional development path.This study first combs the literature on the professional development of mathematics teachers,to understand the path of professional development of mathematics teachers and the connotation and characteristics of private primary and secondary school teachers' professional development.On the basis of summarizing the path of mathematics teachers' professional development,according to the organization form and development mode of mathematics teachers' professional development activities,the path of mathematics teachers' professional development in private primary and secondary schools is divided into five dimensions: Teachers' autonomous activities,regular activities in school,temporary activities in school,regular activities outside school and temporary activities outside school,and the influencing factors are analyzed according to the source of influence It is divided into four dimensions: individual,family,school and society.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the differences of professional development activities of mathematics teachers in different private primary and secondary schools.The research found that the path of professional development of private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers has the following characteristics: on the whole,private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers participate in the most regular activities in the school and the effect is good,the difference of mathematics teachers' participation in autonomous activities is obvious;the difference of different groups is not obvious,the choice of path is closely related to the actual mathematics teaching of teachers themselves;citizens run primary and secondary school mathematics There are differences in Teachers' professional development,and private mathematics teachers' professional development intention is weak.In terms of the influencing factors of private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers' professional development,personal factors have the greatest influence,71.5% of private primary and secondary school mathematics teachers think that the sense of professional achievement is easier to promote professional development;the differences among different groups are not obvious,the concerns of mathematics teachers with different teaching years are different;the differences among citizens are not obvious,but private mathematics teachers are more easily affected.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to promote the professional development of mathematics teachers in private primary and secondary schools:(1)mathematics teachers should stimulate their own motive force of professional development and become the researchers and reflectors of mathematics education and teaching: focus on mathematics classroom teaching,let the classroom and students become the power source of professional development;take the initiative to formulate personal development plan,clear the purpose of professional development Actively participate in mathematics teaching and research activities,make full use of resources around.(2)Schools should strengthen the construction of mathematics teachers' professional development culture,make full use of external resources: create a strong and upward atmosphere for mathematics teachers' professional development;simplify the workload of mathematics teachers,establish a reasonable professional development mechanism;explore diversified paths to enrich the professional development of mathematics teachers in private primary and secondary schools.(3)Strengthen external supervision and support to ensure the professional development of mathematics teachers in private primary and secondary schools.
