In recent years,the harmonious class is the hot topic which the education pays attention to,is also the school education unceasingly pursues the goal.In this paper,in the concept of harmonious class reference such as sociology,psychology and pedagogy research results,such as communication,communication between teachers and students,the relationship between teachers and students related theory as the foundation,and combining with the author's education teaching practice,according to current situation of junior high school teachers to communicate the class construction,a comprehensive system of research,aimed at analysis of the construction of a harmonious class effective communication strategy,to create equality,democratic and harmonious class atmosphere and good relations between teachers and students,promoting students to better growth,teacher development better.This paper mainly takes the author's school Qingdao L middle school as the research object,on the basis of teaching practice through the questionnaire,the class teacher interviews and typical cases in class communication resources such as books,analyzing the status of the class teachers communication,found that the communication between teachers and students still exist problems,displays in: teacher communication goal is not clear;The content of communication between teachers and students emphasizes cognition but ignores emotion and moral cultivation.Teachers and students have a single way of communication,communication skills are inadequate;The teacher treats the student differently,the communication object has the bias;The teacher relies too much on the head teacher and lacks good communication with students.Poor communication between students leads to poor relations between students in the class;Teachers and parents lack communication and mutual understanding.The reasons are as follows: teachers ignore the fundamental meaning of education;Their own quality needs to be improved;Lack of learning awareness,content with the status quo;Lack of cooperation between teachers leads to poor communication between teachers and students.Students: junior high school students are at a specific stage of development,the students' own personality traits.School: school evaluation and incentive system to be improved;There are too many non-teaching tasks in schools;Schools ignore the enrichment of teachers' extracurricular life.Family: parents lack the quality and skills of effective communication;Attaching too much importance to students' academic performance and neglecting their moral education;The influence of the second child era.Social and cultural factors: the concept of "the dignity of the teacher" has great influence;The arrival of the Internet age has far-reaching implications.In the view of the above problems in the communication between teachers and students,this study discusses the concept of harmonious class and puts forward the corresponding strategies.From the teacher's level: has the correct teachers and students to communicate the view;Enrich the content and form of communication between teachers and students;Improve the basic literacy and necessary communication skills of effective communication;Teachers and students help each other;Teacher cooperation;Home-school cooperation;From the school level: building a harmonious campus education environment,reducing the non-teaching tasks of teachers,reasonable distribution of work;Improve the incentive mechanism and enhance the dignity of teachers;Create colorful clubs and pay attention to teachers' happiness index;From the level of parents: form the correct communication concept,pay attention to the family style education;Actively participate in home-school cooperation and improve communication skills.
