It is been long devoted by the educationist study on how to change a lagged student into good one. The educational requirement has the higher standards since science developed, whose function shifts from knowledge transmitting only to enhancing the quality of people, morals liberating humanity, as a proverb says, “It takes ten years to grow a tree, but a hundred years to bring up a generation of good men.” Appealing to improving the teaching methodology for the backwards student can’t achieved from learning psychological side but the relationship between teachers and students, which has been found is the most conductive and effective element on backwards student via learning and teaching interaction.The mutual effect between teachers and students during teaching process or learning plays its essential roles for teaching. Teachers have been regarded as a learning guiders, learning psychology consulters, as well as learning organizers, while the students act as the final activity achievers, self-promoters, and environmental self-adaptors when they learn. The appealing of the liberation of human nature or student qualify-oriented education, which helps the paper to develop for settling the backward students anxiety resulting in the higher learning achievement, and means to solve the question how to improve the learning ability for the backwards learning teenagers.Former studies have disclosed the harmony terms between teachers and students could assist student developing about his in-dependable or creative ability on learning. As while, the paper research furtherly devoting the data proof to show teacher and student terms influencing on students’ learning, which demonstrate the learning psychology is another key reason for students learning improved, besides the teaching strategy and learning motivation. Moreover, the harmonious communication mode which induced from abroad teachers and students’ terms, a managing way for handling class is being cited to help poor self-educated learner to study better.The paper tried to illustrate how to practice harmonious communication mode in domestic class, to demonstrate the managing method deducting from teacher-student terms that breeds the students psychology healthier, to witness the terms work on students’ psychology results in the achievement on learning through comparisons between two terms marks and anxiety measurements results from before-after investigation of backwards students.
