Research On The Construction Of Modern School System In Rural Primary Schools

The construction of modern school system is the inevitable requirement of social progress and educational development.It is also an important measure to improve school running efficiency,standardize teachers teaching behavior and improve students quality.This paper takes Gaoxing Town Primary School in Lanshan District of Rizhao City as a case study.By using the methods of documentation,case study,interview,questionnaire and case analysis,it analyses the school system and explores the practical experience in the construction of modern school system.The introduction part of this paper expounds the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and summarizes the existing research.Chapter one briefly reviews the process of internal organization establishment,school system construction and school culture construction in Gaoxing Town Primary School,and analyses the current situation of Gaoxing Town Primary School.Chapter two is a survey of the implementation of modern school system.Through questionnaires and interviews,teachers views on school rules and regulations,school affairs committee,faculty congress,home-school co-construction and school affairs publicity are understood.Chapter three takes the attendance system,the provisions on the workload of teachers and staff,the rules of routine business assessment,the implementation plan of performance pay rewards and punishments,and the system of acting head teacher as examples to analyze the school management system of Gaoxing Town Primary School.Chapter four puts forward some suggestions on the construction of modern school system.We should attach importance to the construction of modern school system,improve school rules and regulations,further implement school system and improve school governance structure.
