When people come to realize the importance of education for the country, so countriescompeting to develop education. But development education needs to have enough teachers,so the quality of teacher education development becomes the most problems need to besolved. The education of our country has a long history, but has been the qualification ofprimary and secondary school teachers but no specific, clear provisions. Until the educationreform in the late Qing Dynasty, with the" Gui Mao educational system" promulgated, startof primary and secondary school teacher qualification rules, but due to various reasons, theprimary and secondary school teachers’ qualification or more general. Republic, teachers’qualification standards as education cause attention and get attention and then headed to thestandardization.Throughout the qualification system of primary and secondary school teachers inmodern China, from scratch, from the general to standardize the eligibility criteria ofprimary and secondary school teachers, experienced a long development stage, and itsexperience in the implementation process, lessons learned on the development ofcontemporary China’s Teacher Certification System has great reference value.This paper is divided into four parts of modern China’s primary and secondary schoolteachers’ qualifications:First, the late Qing teacher qualifications described, this part describes thequalifications of teachers from primary and secondary school teachers’ qualifications beforethe late Qing educational reform and education reform in the Late Qing Dynasty.Second, the exposition of the Republic of teachers ’qualifications, the Republicdescribes the Northern Warlords Government and Nanjing during the primary andsecondary school teachers’ qualifications in detail described, the teachers qualificationscompared to the late Qing Dynasty to standardize and clear.Third, in the first chapter and second chapter elaborated on the basis of thecharacteristics of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification system, summaryof modern China.Fourth, explore the modern China’s primary and secondary school teachers inqualification system for our current teacher qualification system enlightenment.
