In June 2015,the Rural teacher support Program(2015-2020),issued by the General Office of the State Council,clearly pointed out that teachers are the key to the develop rural education,and the construction of rural teachers must be given priority to the strategic position of development.Thus it can be seen that the state attaches importance to the construction of high-quality rural teachers.In recent years,the relevant national education departments and educators from all walks of life have been committed to the exploration and research of rural teacher education,but rural teacher training is still not well improved,unable to meet the needs of teachers' own promotion and social development.Therefore,the purpose of exploring the training methods suitable for rural teachers is to explore the training methods suitable for rural teachers.It must be done,and the case teaching method is an effective way to adapt to this new situation.Case teaching method combines the training needs of rural primary school teachers,makes use of the rich practical experience and adult learning characteristics of rural primary school teachers,and is an effective training model.The cases of training are written in combination with theoretical knowledge and real development of representative and problematic events.By guiding the teachers to analyze,think,discuss and publish the teaching cases,the training experts develop many kinds of learning abilities,such as logical reasoning,critical thinking and problem-solving ability,which is in line with the new development of teachers in the new era.This paper makes an in-depth study on the practical and theoretical basis of the case teaching method for the training of primary school teachers in rural areas.This paper analyzes and combines the results of questionnaire survey and interview with ruralprimary school teachers,probes into the practical effect,advantages and disadvantages of the case teaching method in rural primary school teacher training,and puts forward the corresponding solving strategies and suggestions for improvement.The purpose of this paper is to provide valuable reference for the application of case teaching method in the future.The main framework of this paper includes the following five parts:Introduction:expounds the reasons for the selection of the thesis,makes the core concept definition and literature review of the existing training and case teaching method of rural primary school teachers,and explains the purpose and significance and innovation of the thesis.The first chapter: the theoretical analysis of the case-based teaching method for the post-service training of rural teachers.Through the theoretical analysis of the case teaching method for rural primary school teacher training,including its theoretical foundation and value analysis,it is proved that the teaching practice of rural primary school teachers is of great value.The second chapter,the author discusses the necessity and value of case teaching method in rural teacher training by analyzing the demand,training function and subjective position of case teaching method for rural teachers.In the third chapter: through the analysis of questionnaires,interview results and training classroom observation records,this paper deeply understands the application status of case teaching method in rural primary school teacher training in China,and further proves the application status of case teaching method.Chapter IV: through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,the author arranges the advantages and main problems of case teaching method in the application,in order to put forward targeted suggestionsand improve the effectiveness of training.Chapter V: the author puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in case teaching,such as collecting and compiling high quality cases,establishing the case base of teacher education,and so on.There is great reference value for the implementation of case teaching in rural primary school teacher training in the future.
