Preschool education,as a public welfare undertaking,is an important part of national education and has important value for personal and social development.During the two sessions in 2018,the topic of preschool education continued to heat up.Minister Chen Banshee pointed out that by 2020,the proportion of inclusive kindergartens in China will reach more than 80%.With the implementation of the three-year ore-school action plan,China's inclusive kindergartens have made a number of achievements.The number of kindergartens has developed rapidly,the level of popularization has been greatly improved,and the problem of difficulty in entering kindergartens has been alleviated to a certain extent.But at the same time,we should also see that the shortage of preschool teachers and the need to improve the quality of teachers are still outstanding,which restricts the quality of inclusive kindergartens.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers.This study uses literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods to dig out the problems existing in the current construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers in our country.It attempts to take 50 inclusive kindergartens and 200 kindergarten teachers in Y city as the research object to conduct case analysis.Through the investigation and analysis of the construction of teachers in this city,it summarizes and introduces the current construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers in our country.General problems commonly exist in the construction of capital contingents.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current problems of the construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers,which are mainly manifested in three aspects: unreasonable allocation of teachers,low quality of teachers and low treatment of teachers,which seriously hinders the healthy and sustainable development of inclusive teachers.Secondly,through data analysis,the causes of the problems are: uneven distribution of education funds,lack of long-term management mechanism of kindergarten teachers,lack of endogenous motivation of kindergarten teachers,and low social status of kindergarten teachers.Finally,in view of the problems and causes of the construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers in our country,drawing lessons from the experience of foreign kindergarten teachers and combining with our national conditions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of inclusive kindergarten teachers in our country: first,to optimize the structure of inclusive kindergarten teachers;second,to improve the standards of impeacher;third,to guarantee the professionalization of teachers;fourth,to strengthen teachers.Management of capital team.Through the above measures,crack the weak links in the construction of teachers,and strive to promote the continuous improvement and development of the construction of teachers in inclusive kindergartens in China.
