Talents are the key to rural revitalization.Social adaptability is the essential quality of new talents in the 21 st century.Rural high school students are the main force in the construction of new countryside.How to improve their social adaptability is related to their adult development and rural social development.Taking the high school students in northern Guangdong as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive discussion and analysis by means of questionnaires and interviews,explores the positive aspects and existing problems of the social adaptability of rural high school students,and studies and explores the basic content,influencing factors and ways to improve the social adaptability of rural high school students.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations of rural high school students' social adaptability.The second part mainly summarizes the social adaptability of rural high school students,systematically expounds the connotation and basic content of the social adaptability of rural high school students,and analyses the importance of improving the social adaptability of rural high school students.The third part,taking the high school students in northern Guangdong as the object,summarizes the current situation of the social adaptability of the rural high school students through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,and concretely analyses the good performance and existing problems.According to the results of questionnaires and interviews,the good performances of social adaptation of rural high school students are mainly hard working,strong ability to live independently,clear positioning,good self-awareness and evaluation ability,active learning and strong self-learning ability.At the same time,they have some problems,such as confusion,poor psychological adaptability,lack of communication,weak interpersonal skills,long process of adjustmentand transformation,and slow transformation of social environment adaptability.The fourth part starts with the two aspects of self-factors and external factors to analyze the reasons for the problems of social adaptability of rural senior high school students.From the students' own point of view,it is concluded that there are deviations in their social cognition and lack of social practice.The external factors are mainly analyzed from the perspectives of family,school and society.Family environment constraints are mainly due to parents' cognitive misunderstanding and family economic conditions.School factors are mainly school education,which emphasizes knowledge over ability,has fewer opportunities for practice and imperfect evaluation system.The social environmental impact is mainly due to the bad social concepts and the imbalance of material allocation in rural basic education,and even the disconnection of family,school and society,which leads to the lack of social cognition and practice of rural high school students.The fifth part,guided by the problems and influencing factors of social adaptation of rural senior high school students,puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems from three aspects: comprehensive,whole process and full participation.Adhere to the comprehensive training of students' social adaptability,mainly from the two aspects of internal psychological adaptation and external behavioral adaptation;Adhere to the whole process of training students' social adaptability,mainly from the three steps of enhancing social awareness,enriching social practice and enhancing self-efficacy;Adhere to the participation of all staff in training students' social adaptability,mainly strengthening family,school and society to agriculture.The education of village high school students,and improve the mechanism of participation and cooperation of the whole staff.
