We often pay attention to the problem of bullying in the media in the media,and always linger in my heart.I have experienced the bullying of the school and feel sorry and sad about the occurrence of this problem.The phenomenon of bullying on campus is widespread in various campuses.The vicious influence brought by it has been paid attention by the government and scholars from all walks of life and related countermeasures have been taken.However,there are very few professional interventions and studies on social work.Social work adheres to the service concept of “helping people to help themselves” and professional theoretical basis and professional methods to solve the problem of service objects,so that they can increase their own capabilities and restore social functions..Social workers can deeply engage in bullying behaviors against bullying on campus,use social work professional perspectives to intervene in bullying,change cognition and behavior from the main body of bullying,and reduce the incidence of bullying.By entering the campus,this article personally contacts the youth groups,discovers the problems among them,and combines the theoretical knowledge with the practice to solve the problem of bullying.The first chapter,through the research background,significance and collecting the views and suggestions of scholars from all walks of life at home and abroad on the problem of bullying on campus,especially the literature on social work involved in campus bullying,reviewing the theoretical basis and research based on cognitive behavior theory.Methods to carry out social work intervention.The second chapter mainly prepares and analyzes the group before the intervention,and adopts the group work method to intervene in the school bullying problem.It uses the cognitive behavior theory and the empowerment theory combined with the drama therapy to carry out the interesting campus bullying therapeutic drama group.The members of the bullying feature realize behavioral changes from understanding the bullying of the campus and their irrational ideas to the attribution of cognitive and behavioral relationships,and interpreting the campus bullying script from the dramatic way of self-directed self-directed performance by the team members.The campus pays attention to campus bullying and how to deal with campus bullying,and evaluates the effectiveness of the intervention,and finally achieves a harmonious campus atmosphere.The third chapter,after the intervention of campus bullying,summarizes the intervention study and finds that campus bullying is not only a personal cognitive bias,but also related to the campus anti-campus bullying mechanism.At the same time,there are problems such as lack of experience in the intervention,and it is necessary to sum up experience and reflection.The fourth chapter,based on the problems and conclusions found in the intervention,gives suggestions on the social and professional level and the social level respectively,reducing the possibility of school bullying from all aspects and comprehensively reducing the occurrence of school bullying negative impacts.
