| In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,many social problems began to enter the campus.Among them,the problem of bullying is particularly prominent,its severity is even enough to violate the criminal law,so it has aroused the concern of all sectors of society.The study of bullying on campus is based in the 1970 s,as the author of Attacks in Schools: Bullies and Scapegoats,published by Dan Olweus,a psychology professor at the University of Bergen in Bergen,Norway.Professor Dan Olweus defines campus bullying as a student who suffers physical and mental injuries by being exposed to one or more student-led negative behaviors over a long period of time.Campus bullying has a great negative impact on students' physical and mental health,and may even affect their social life,so the problem of preventing and controlling bullying on campus is a difficult problem that the international community needs to solve urgently.At present,most of the research on campus bullying in China focuses on psychology,law,education,etc.,and rarely involves social work involvement.Social work has a unique professional concept and intervention perspective,can provide new solutions and solutions for the prevention and intervention of campus bullying,but also to provide reference for campus social work,for school governance and prevention of campus bullying to provide practical basis.Social workers adhering to the value of "helping others to help themselves",the use of professional methods and skills to help clients out of difficulties,play social functions,to achieve their own development.This can effectively reduce the probability of bullying incidents,reduce the negative impact,is a good helper to purify the campus atmosphere,has a very important significance.In this paper,X City S Middle School in Guangdong Province as the research object,using questionnaire method and semi-structured interview to collect information and information,analysis of the causes,manifestations,behavior characteristics of campus bullying,through case counseling,the representative two students to intervene.The author first of all to the case owner needs assessment,problem definition,and then set a reasonable goal,develop a feasible plan,and then assist the case owner to complete the plan according to steps,to achieve the goal of reducing,eliminating and preventing bullying behavior.Finally,the case is carried out smoothly through six steps: case-taking,estimation,planning,implementation,evaluation and closure,and the effective ways and means of social work to intervene in bullying on campus are explored.In addition,the author also from the family,the same age groups,schools and communities and other aspects of the feasibility of countermeasures and suggestions. |
