Recently,campus bullying has been a hot topic.There is no beneficiary in campus bullying,only victims.In China,due to the harsh living environment of the sex and minority minorities on the campus,the attention of the general public to the gender bullying of the sexual and gender minorities is still relatively weak.In addition,academic research on campus bullying is mostly based on sociological and psychological perspectives,and there are relatively few practical studies done from the perspective of social work.Therefore,the author attempts to focus on sex and gender bullying in targeted and gender minority groups,analyzes the characteristics and influences of gender bullying in campus,and conducts the prevention of gender bullying through campus social work methods.This article is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction explores the background and significance of the study of gender bullying in schools,and reviews the current literature on gender bullying in schools.Through the review of the literature,it is found that the living environment of the current sexual minorities is not optimistic.Academic research on campus bullying is a turning point from theory to practice.Internationally mature campus bullying prevention programs have not yet been promoted and implemented in China.The second part defines the definition of campus gender bullying,and puts forward research and design on this basis.In this study,the concept of "school gender bullying" was defined as,sex-based stereotypes,norms of traditional social roles,and children's different physical genders and gender identity,etc.Through language,physical or other violence in education.Sites(including formal and informal venues and on the way to school,etc.)sterilize,attack or threaten a student's sexual or gender characteristics,gender traits,sexual orientation,or gender identity,and this behavior is not the same as sexual harassment."The third part discusses and analyzes the status quo of gender bullying in domestic campuses,and summarizes the different characteristics of the bully,the bully,and bystanders from the micro level,and analyzes the characteristics of the campus environment at the meso level.Analyze the characteristics of the social environment from the cultural and institutional perspectives and use the content of the interviews to verify each other.In the fourth part,from the perspective of social work professional,we designed and researched the preventive group activity for the school's gender bullying.In conjunction with the "Sex Education Timeline"promulgated by the World Health Organization,the three-level continuum of preventive interventions,and the consideration of realistic conditions,in this preventive group work,the author designed six of the 12 students in grades 4 to 6 recruited.The group work in the class helped the team members from "What is the campus bullying" to "Understanding the dangers of campus bullying",from "Awareness of life stereotypes" to "Perceived gender traits and self-identification,awareness and acceptance of their own The "sex role" is based on the fact that the education team members "how to deal with campus bullying" and combine it with practice to make good use of the resources around them.The fifth part is the reflection and suggestions for this research and practice.At the micro level,students' resilience,multiple gender perspectives,and anti-campus bullying education must be strengthened;at the meso level,the "one school,one social worker" system should be implemented and training of teaching staff should be carried out;at the macro level,it is necessary to strengthen anti-campus bullying.Mechanism construction and provide policy guidance and resource support.
