Since the 19 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the ideological and political education propaganda work of college students,and the ideological and political education of college students has received more and more attention.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,this paper starts with the basic connotation of the concept of new media and the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,emphasizing the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,and analyzing the ideological and political education belt of college students from the perspective of new media.The new advantages have provided a way and platform for college students' ideological and political education,which has brought about new changes in ideological and political education.In order to find out the actual situation of the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of the new media,the questionnaires were conducted through the network in Qingdao University.Based on the data analysis,the current situation of ideological and political education of college students was analyzed.The political education discourse has been impacted,the new media application ability of the teaching staff needs to be improved,the students' individualized tendency is intensified,the current new media carrier innovation motivation is insufficient,and the school new media management evaluation mechanism is not perfect,which restricts the ideological and political factors of college students to a large extent.Educational effectiveness.Therefore,under the guidance of Marxist theory,strengthen the discourse power of college students' ideological and political education,improve the ability of teachers to use new media comprehensively,strengthen the guidance of college students in new media,improve the work efficiency of educational carriers,and standardize the use of new media for ideological and political education of college students Improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students in order to achieve a good educational effect.
