Research On The Dilemma Of Social Workers In Service Projects

In the process of professional services,social workers often encounter some difficult problems,some of which have been solved through the efforts of social workers,but there are still many frequent problems,which have long plagued social workers,and brought a certain negative impact on social workers' work and life.Based on G community "beautiful Young time" project as an example,combining with the experience of project execution,the author talks with related job interviews,emphatically from social workers themselves and their surroundings,to the service social workers to the plight of the encountered problems in the project specific analysis,summed up the difficulties of social workers in the project is mainly reflected in: Social workers living environment is not optimistic,the conflicts of values,professional services in the process of manpower shortage,community residents' committees support is insufficient,the professional competence of social workers and service part number of objects and their families don't match,the service object to reach funding request,etc.,these problems long plagued by social workers.Combining with related theories as well as to the social worker interviews,analysis of the difficulties the social worker causes mainly includes: the social work professional education resources,professional values and there is a conflict between professional development and organization development,practice involves did not make full use of resources,in the process of community work personnel lack of establishing good partnership with social worker consciousness,social workers have multiple identities,the project team,low energy and insufficient professional consciousness,service object and family consciousness,etc.Of this paper is focused on the related theory,according to the actual situation to explore social workers in the cause of the difficulties encountered in practical problems,and puts forward the corresponding strategies: to improve the professional knowledge and ability of the social workers,pay attention to the optimization of social work service team,pay attention to the communication with family service object and the social from all walks oflife,advocating for the positive publicity,etc.,to solve or avoid service project common dilemmas,for professional social work has a certain practical significance.Practical significance of this article is,through the service project trouble problems put forward the corresponding strategies,to promote the social worker's ability to detect,avoid or break the dilemma related questions,help to promote social workers professional identity and their own sense of achievement,so as to improve the quality of professional social work service,strengthen the public social work of professional,professional identity,so as to promote the healthy development of social work.
