Research On Social Worker Professional Dilemma In Remarriage Service

Social work is devoted to helping vulnerable groups.Serving the elderly has traditionally been one of its major tasks.With the deepening of the aging of society in China,the demand for remarriage for the elderly has also gradually increased.However,because of the influence of individuals,families,and society,the remarriage of the elderly has become a social phenomenon,requiring social workers to use professional theories and practical skills.It helps.Although in recent years the professionalization and professionalization of social work in our country has continued to deepen,the professional social workforce has continued to grow and develop,and social work has grown by leaps and bounds,but it also faces occupational difficulties such as unacceptable clients,inadequate professional support,and administrative content.Therefore,it does not provide adequate professional service support for the social problems of the elderly who are remarried,and effectively helps the elderly to solve the problem of remarriage.Based on the above background,this study takes the social ecosystem theory as a guide,and takes the five first-line social workers serving the elderly in the N Street of S City as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature,interviews,and content analysis to analyze the research data.The study of social workers'occupational difficulties in the remarriage service scene for the elderly.The study revealed that:1.In the service scene of remarriage for the elderly,the professional dilemma of social workers mainly manifests in the micro-level non-acceptance of the service targets,the lack of professional support from the meso-ievel institution,and the macro-level work content administration;2.In the process of remarriage services for the elderly,the factors that influence the social dilemmas of social workers are analyzed,including three aspects:the unclear positioning of social workers,the imperfect institution management,and the incomplete policy system.This study concludes that by placing the social worker's professional dilemma in a specific service scenario,the specific performance and influencing factors of the social worker's occupational dilemma can be more specifically analyzed,in the process of finding solutions to the social worker's occupational dilemma.More targeted and more effective in promoting the implementation of social workers' practical work.
