College students of "three supports and one assistant" program are very important in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.China nowadays put more emphasis on rural construction than before,the township grass-roots organization,therefore,needs more young talents.However,this "three supports and one assistant" program lacks career identity,thus causes many college students of this program run away.This problem is so serious that cannot be ignored.Career identity refers to an individual's overall view of the occupation.It is of great significance to study the "three supports and one assistant" program's career identity.Firstly,we may get to know these college students' recent perspectives of career identity.Secondly,it can improve the self-identification of these college students and the attention of society.Thirdly,it can help the competent department to establish a long-term mechanism.Fourthly,it can promote the work performance of "three supports and one assistant" college students and the positive role of rural construction.This paper examined 465 college students of "three supports and one assistant" program in district F as samples.By using the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,we analyzed the current situation and existing problems of district F and then had these following findings: firstly,it is hard to keep the "three supports and one assistant" college students;secondly,students of this program who work as doctor or teacher are very few.Thirdly,wages of this program are very low.Fourthly,this program has low awareness in society.Lastly,the cooperative class of "three supports and one assistant" college students' confliction is very obvious.From the effect evaluation of incentive policy in this program,this paper analyzes the professional identity influence factors and then comes to the following conclusions: 1.Personal factors,such as professional emotion and employment needs have great impact on the career identity.2.Social factors,such as professional reputation and social capital will also affect the degree of "three supports and one assistant" career identity.3.Policy factors,such as government policies,expiry review and incentive mechanism have influences on the formation of career identity.On the basis of the empirical research,this paper puts forward three aspects to increase the sense of career identity: mental incentive,material incentive and systemincentive.In the aspect of mental incentive,it is suggested to strengthen the training of career identity and stimulate college students' motivation to engage in the grassroots work.For instance,we may carry out the competition of vocational ability and promote the passion of college students;we may also implement personnel training and set up plans to build up the youth reserve talent team.Furthermore,enhancing the promotion of supporting work and increasing the professional prestige of "three supports and one assistant" program are also very effective methods.In terms of material incentives,it is suggested to pay more attention to the welfare treatment of college students and increase financial support.We should,therefore,explore the innovation and entrepreneurship support for college students and give start-up subsidy.Besides,we should also improve the life and housing service and improve the satisfaction of working environment.In terms of system incentive,we need to establish the long-term mechanism of career development and to set up incentives toward the innovation entrepreneurship of those “three supports and one assistant” college students.Last but not least,we should also introduce a comprehensive incentive system for college students of the cooperative class.The paper is innovative in the following aspects: 1.For the first time,from the perspective of career identity,This paper evaluates the effect of "three supports and one assistant" policy,expands the research object of professional identity,deepens the localization research of professional identity,and provides a theoretical basis for exploring the incentive policy of "three supports and one assistant" college students.2.It enriches the research on the incentive policy of "three supports and one support".Previous studies tend to study the existing problems and related policies and measures of the "three supports and one support" project.From the perspective of professional identity,we should further study the incentive policy of "three support and one support" for college students,which can further enrich the connotation of research.
