In recent years,the vocational education has gotten a positive improvement with the focus and help of government,school and society in Inner Mongolia area.It cultivates a great number of skill and capable experts for the development of autonomous region.Meanwhile it makes a high devotion for the construction in economy and the improvement of society.Accompanying to the development of vocational education,our region urges for a series of new proposal in improving the administration of students.That is a higher requirement for the team building of student administration especially to the counselors and for the personnel training in higher education system.The traditional idea,though,methods and means cannot be applied to administrating the students in higher vocational education.In this case,how to improve the administration and educate the applicable student has become a valuable subject.As for it,this essay did a deep study to the shortage and problem for the students who studied at higher vocational college in less than three years under the theory of double factor.It analyzed the students from all kinds of dimensions under the special region and environment in Inner Mongolia.The aim is to solve the problem in higher education facing to students and develop a good environment for student development as well as a good skill can be used for the company.Under the direction of motivation-hygiene theory of Fredrick Herzberg a behaviorism scientist(it is also be called double factors theory)to the student administration of higher vocational education,this essay draw in a new idea called abundant contents.It explained the phenomena from two aspects of motivation theory leading to dissatisfaction and hygiene theory leading to satisfaction in the process of educating students.This essay combined these two theories and put forward a series of methodology which applied to Inner Mongolia region in improving the administration.This essay not only can prove some new methods for teachers as well as color the meaningful life for students.It is meaningful for the vocational students to develop the students' skills absorbedly.
