With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,fitness sports culture and people's health awareness have been awakened.Internet health care has emerged as the times require.At the same time,sports fitness APP has been developed and rapidly risen.Sports fitness APP refers to the use of mobile Internet technology to record real-time user sports and physical health data,and to popularize health knowledge to users,establish health concepts,and develop health habits of mobile applications.Hot sports fitness APP makes electronic technology products for the national fitness service,and constantly enrich the way people exercise,continue to change people's way of life,promote the development and popularization of the national health campaign.Similar to other mobile applications,sports fitness APP has a very high download,but the "zombie rate" is also very high,the unload rate is also high.In tool products,user download is only the first step to success,with the intention to use and generate use behavior is the key to success node.The development of sports fitness APP not only requires users to download and register for use,but also relies on users' willingness to use it continuously.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the influencing factors and mechanism of users' willingness to use sports fitness APP,and through quantitative methods to analyze the impact of various factors on users' willingness to use,thus providing decision-making basis and reference significance for the development of such APP,increasing users' stickiness and improving the health literacy of the whole people.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,participatory observation,semistructured interview,questionnaire survey and so on.From the perspective of the theory of planned behavior,combined with the theory of use and satisfaction,it explores the influencing factors and mechanism of the use intention of sports fitness APP users,and adds the key variables in combination with domestic and foreign research literature.Electronic health literacy,thus establishing a theoretical model and empirical research.The main results are as follows: 1.User's motivation has a positive effect on user's intention,among which information demand motivation > leisure entertainment demand motivation > social demand motivation;2.User's attitude has a positive effect on user's intention,of which instrumental attitude > emotional attitude;3.User's subjective norms have a positive effect on user's intention.There is a positive effect on orientation,of which the important other is more than self-identity;4.User's perceptual behavior control has a positive effect on user intention,and the perceptual control is more than self-efficacy;5.User's electronic health literacy level has a positive effect on user intention.Finally,according to the detailed research results of each variable,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the users' willingness to use APP from five dimensions: motivation,attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and electronic health literacy,which will provide some suggestions for the future promotion of sports fitness APP and the promotion of national health literacy.Some valuable references.
