Research On The Population Quality Of Xi'an Under The Concept Of Innovative Development

Innovation,as the first driving force of development,determines the new ideas,directions and features of China's overall development.The concept of innovative development is a new understanding of China's economic development and the goal of strengthening the country,and an accurate grasp of the laws of world economic development.In the current international and domestic context,the concept of innovative development conforms to the trend of the times and the needs of social development.The quality of population,especially the quality of science and culture and the ability of innovation,plays a direct decisive role in the level and speed of economic development.Nowadays,with the development of science and technology and information technology,people rely more and more on brains and knowledge to create new wealth.Therefore,whether the population resources can be effectively transformed into economic resources and wealth depends directly on the number of high-quality talents,the number of smart minds and strong innovative ability in this society.The concept of innovative development and the quality of population are very important for the development of society,and there is a very close relationship between them.Therefore,the author proposes to study the quality of population under the guidance of the concept of innovative development.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the international and domestic background of this study,and analyses the current situation of population quality development in Xi'an.Secondly,it analyses the theoretical and practical significance of population quality research under the concept of innovative development.The theoretical significance lies in enriching the population connotation of innovative development concept,endowing the new era significance of population quality research and building a new one.The practical significance of the concept of population quality in the period is that it can promote the implementation of the concept of innovative development in Xi'an,provide certain decision-making basis for the population policy of Xi'an,and effectively improve the conversion rate of the potential of population quality in Xi'an.Finally,define the important concepts in this paper.the research status of population quality at home and abroad is introduced,and the research methods used in this paper,including data collection methods and data analysis methods.At the same time,the possible innovations of this paper are briefly discussed.The second chapter is the core of this paper.By comprehensively and profoundly interpreting the connotation,foundation and essential characteristics of the concept of innovative development,this paper explores the inherent logical relationship between the concept of innovative development and population quality,that is,the concept of innovative development is the theoretical basis for the development of population quality,and population quality is the basis and support for the effective implementation of the concept of innovative development,which constitutes the logical starting point of this study.The third chapter describes and analyses the current situation of population quality in Xi'an.I use the statistical analysis method to collate and analyze the relevant data of population quality in Xi'an,and describe and summarize the current situation of population quality in Xi'an from three aspects:physical quality,scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral quality.Chapter four expounds the main problems existing in the population quality of Xi'an at present.Based on the grasp of the present situation of population quality in Xi'an and the understanding of the inherent requirement of innovative development concept for population quality,this study makes an in-depth analysis and Discussion on the existing problems of population quality in Xi'an,and points out the main problems and shortcomings of population quality in Xi'an in terms of physical quality,scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral quality.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure and suggestion.For Xi'an City,in order to truly implement the concept of innovative development,we must start from three aspects of population physical quality,scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral quality to fully stimulate the vitality and potential of population quality development,and improve the population's physical quality by speeding up the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,increasing investment in medical and health resources,and reducing the impact of health risk factors.We should improve the institutional environment for talent introduction,all links of innovative education system operation,increase investment in education and scientific research funds to improve the scientific and cultural quality of the population,improve the ideological and moral quality of the population through the improvement of objective institutional policies and the transformation of subjective consciousness,realize the sustainable development and steady improvement of population quality,and accelerate the pace of building an innovative city in Xi'an.Chapter 6 briefly discusses the conclusions and prospects of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this study and the direction of future efforts.
