Ideological and political theory course is the foundation project of Ideological and political education and an important course for educating people for the party and the country.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the ideological and political theory course,systematically and chain design the discipline construction,curriculum standards,evaluation guarantee and other aspects,and strive to build a high-quality discipline professional curriculum system.In the overall layout of national ideological and political education,hearing-impaired college students,as a special group,also benefit.However,due to the particularity of their group,it is easy to be ignored,resulting in the unbalanced and insufficient construction and development of Ideological and political theory courses for hearing-impaired college students.Therefore,in the context of inclusive education,on the basis of respecting the group differences of hearing-impaired college students,it is worth discussing and studying how to insist on the development of Ideological and political theory courses in the direction of special education and precise policy implementation.This study focuses on the construction of Ideological and political theory courses for hearing-impaired college students.Four higher education institutions,including Changchun University,Tianjin University of technology,Binzhou Medical College and Beijing Union University,were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on hearing-impaired college students.After investigation,the ideological and political theory course of hearing-impaired college students has followed the needs of the times in the development of Ideological and political theory course construction,and realized the leap from "0" to "1".However,some problems are also highlighted in the process of leapfrog development: lack of consensus on curriculum content,lack of consensus between educational administrative departments and schools,and students’ difficulty in mastering and understanding;The teaching method has characteristic defects,and there is no personalized teaching according to the characteristics of hearing-impaired college students;The lack of evaluation means and standards,and the evaluation based on "achievement" is not conducive to fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm of hearing-impaired college students;There is a shortage of teachers,there is a shortage of Ideological and political teachers for hearing-impaired college students,and teachers generally do not understand the characteristics of student groups.Therefore,starting from the four dimensions of curriculum content,teaching methods,evaluation means and teaching staff,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Ideological and political theory course for hearing-impaired college students in the new era,which is conducive to improving the curriculum content system of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and Universities,exploring practical teaching methods of Ideological and political theory course for hearing-impaired college students,and improving the effectiveness of the evaluation results of Ideological and political theory course,It is conducive to building a high-level team of teachers of Ideological and political theory courses,giving full play to the role of the main channel,and vigorously improving the quality and effect of Ideological and political theory courses.
