In early 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Standards for the Ideological and Political Curriculum of General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which condensed the core qualities of ideological and political disciplines,namely political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation.The Standards clarified the values,essential characters and key abilities that high school students should have after studying high school ideological and political lessons.It put forward clear new requirements in the selection of curriculum resources,selection of teaching topics,selection of teaching methods,and evaluation of academic quality.After the core literacy of the ideological and political disciplines in high school was proposed,the author investigated whether the core curriculum literacy was implemented in the teaching design of high school politics through questionnaires and other methods.The author combed and analyzed the questionnaire report and found that the teaching design of teachers of ideological and political courses in high school had the following problems: the teaching goals emphasized the knowledge standard;the design of teaching situations deviated from the content of teaching;the questions raised by teachers in the classroom are separate from the students' reality;they focus on the design of teacher activities and neglect the design of students' activities;the design of student learning evaluation is too singular.The existence of these problems is not conducive to the cultivation of core literacy of students' ideological and political disciplines.Based on the survey report,this paper uses observation,interviews,case analysis,and other methods to explore strategies for implementing the core literacy of ideological and political subjects in teaching design.The author believes that the design of classroom teaching under the background of core literacy of ideological and political disciplines must conscientiously study the new curriculum standards and update teaching concepts in a timely manner;clear literacy orientation and determine teaching goals;creative analysis of teaching materials and appropriate integration of teaching content;correct setting general topics and sub-topics,give play to the role of topic-leading teaching;optimize the situation and problem settings,guide students to carry out deep learning in activities;and design multiple evaluation methods to help foster core literacy.The teaching design research aimed at the core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines is designed to provide teaching colleagues with a teaching design plan for cultivating students' core literacy,which can make students' core ideological and political disciplines truly take root,and can effectively improve the teaching effect of the high school ideological and political courses,and then cultivate the socialist builders and successors of the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical and artistic.
