Based On DMAIC University Logistics International Students' Life Satisfaction Evaluation And Improvement Research

With the rapid development of the social economy,the students from nearly 200 countries in the world are studying and living in China.Different cultural backgrounds,living habits,religious beliefs and dietary styles bring severe challenges to the logistical life management and service experience of most foreign student management departments.As a result,a series of problems have arisen.For example,hardware facilities such as classrooms and laboratories cannot meet the normal needs,supporting facilities such as canteens and dormitories cannot match the scale of higher education,and logistics has become a bottleneck restricting the development of higher education.There are relatively few studies on the modeling and empirical study of the foreign students logistics life satisfaction evaluation in China.Lacking of experience in the management and service of foreign students logistics life,and also lacking of deeply understanding of foreign management model.In the initial stage,the management mode and practice of foreign students mainly attached to and helped by foreign universities,though effective,the management of foreign students in foreign universities is not the same as China's national conditions and actual situations.Grasping the characteristics of management and teaching of Chinese universities and the particularity of managing foreign students,providing both diversified and personalized logistics management and services,improving the life satisfaction of foreign students,solving the problem between the past obsolete management concepts and the scale of development of foreign students,are the key task of foreign student management department of the university.Therefore,this paper mainly aims at the above problems,and studies and improves foreign students' satisfaction of university logistics.Based on the diversity of culture,customs and habits,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of logistical life satisfaction of foreign students from the perspective of foreign students.Some representative data samples were collected through investigation(interview,questionnaire survey,etc.),and the research model has also been confirmed.By using SPSS statistical analysis software,we carried out step analysis and data analysis,calculated the weight of all levels of indicators,and finally established a more comprehensive measurement system for life satisfaction of college foreign students.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the concrete implementation scheme and method for improving and promoting the logistics life satisfaction of foreign students were put forward for the logistics management department is in the university.It also provided reference for the logistics management and service of foreign students in Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other colleges and universities.
