Research And Application Of Metasynthesis Supported Information Integration Platform

University students are the extremely precious talented resources and the hope of our nation. The Strengthening and improvement of the ideological and political education of university students improves their ideological and political quality, and with great strategic meaning.The universities' ideological and political evaluation is an important link of the education processing, and an important measure to realize scientific political education. Also directly dampens the enthusiasm and driving force which works to the universities' ideological and political workers, therefore it is worth to be focused and studied.We first simply introduced the research history, present situation and paper frame of the system engineering and statistical analysis technology, and described the process of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in detail. Secondly it analyzed the demand of building indexes system from inner and outer factors, which impacts the ideological and political education of university students, so to prepare the foundation for indexes choosing. And then based on the researches done before, we took four first grade indexes, organization and leadership, condition guarantee, method and approach, accomplishment and characteristics. The four first grade indexes was divided into 18 second grade indexes, and then to be split into 44 third grade indexes. Finally, we use AHP to calculate the weight of each index in the index system, also proposed the future works of the ideological and political education in universities.It took the university students ideological and political education evaluation system of Shannxi province as the foundation, and emphasis discussed the new situation and problems of the current works, the new question, and based on these materials to do analysis and design.We used the UML technology to do the modeling and analysis of our system function demands, design principles, system flows and so on. Based on the respective research comparison on the popular MIS system technologies, we took large-scale relational database MS SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database, used JAVA technology to realize development environment, carries on the analysis and the design using the UML tools of the system, proposed the design principles and architecture of this system, analyzed the system in detail the service flow, carried on the functional design completely. The system designed in this paper can the scientifically and reasonably effective to do the evaluation of ideological and political education at universities, and can promptly reflect the university students' ideological and political undulation situation, is helpful to master the condition, makes the corresponding measure, so to guide the health and positive developing direction of the education. The system uses the public method to realize evaluation, and establishes corresponding supervisors which are responsible by individuals on campus, so to keep balance and fair of the evaluation. This system can improve the level of ideological and political education in universities, enhances the university work enthusiasm, causes the educational department promptly grasping university student ideological condition, and with certain promoted significance.
