Universities employment instruction work is started late in China,although it has made some achievements,the overall quality is still to be strengthened.The Evaluation of universities employment instruction work made by education authoristies had some macro comparisons,but lacking of microscopic diagnosis;Evaluation of colleges and universities are more is the summary of the work,but lacking of the comparison of the horizontal.The society has not formed a system that can reflect the characteristics of Universities employment instruction work that students as the main body.This paper is using the analytic hierarchy process,and combined with the analysis of grey comprehensive evaluation and gray correlation,the model analysis and Empirical Study of Wenzhou University employment guidance job satisfaction is for improve the university employment guidance job evaluation system,promoting the idea of"customer satisfaction”.The main content of the paper:1.The connotation of college employment guidance service quality and the employment guidance satisfaction evaluation model was discussed,and the evaluation model were used to evaluate the direct difference.2.Refer to the relevant conclusions of the study and work requirements at the beginning of the proposed index,using the survey method,establishes evaluation index system of employment guidance and job satisfaction of Wenzhou University.3.Using the grey comprehensive evaluation method on the Wenzhou University campus,Oujiang college of Wenzhou University and city college of Wenzhou University employment guidance satisfaction evaluation,evaluation results and the actual circumstance,which confirm the validity of the evaluation model is constructed in this paper.Finally,using the grey correlation analysis on relevant indexes of the three schools were analyzed,sorting,and provide basis for decision making.
