| Sports power is the goal and task of the reform and development of China's sports work in the new period.As an important part of the dream of sports power,competitive sports bear the burden of national rejuvenation and glory for the country.As the main force,the youth sports reserve talent continuously inject forward momentum for the sustainable and healthy development of competitive sports.However,the contradiction between education and training has become a stumbling block to cultivate high-level sports reserve talents.The butterfly effect caused by it,such as low benefit for talents and narrow outlet for talents,has seriously affected the sustainable development of competitive sports in China.It is imperative to solve the crux and establish a new talent cultivation mechanism.Undoubtedly,the combination of sports and education is the most effective way so far,but there are still obvious disadvantages in the implementation process.It is urgent to further improve the mechanism of training high-level sports reserve talents in combination with physical education.Researches on mode of cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports is not only conducive to the comprehensive development of athletes,but also able to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports.There is no denying that combining education with sports has been the most effective way so far.However,many drawbacks emerge during its implementation.During its development and integration for decades,although the model of combining education with sports has eliminated the serious problems cause by “two skim phenomenon”,it hasn't reached its targets in terms of breadth,depth and specific measures.In addition,it has also been constrained by many factors during its practice.People's priority now is to consolidate current three-level training system,integrate with distinctive sports program of general schools,fully mobilize the social organizing resources,ease the contradiction between study and training,give fully play to the synergistic effect of sports and education and cultivate high-level reserve talents for competitive sports.It is obvious that cultivation mechanism based on sports system is unable to take on the heavy responsibility alone.As a result,people need to eliminate the obstacles in whole nation system and exam-orientededucation and establish a diversified talents training system dominated by sports system and focusing on the coordinated development of education system and sports club.All of these measures are stepping-stone for China to achieve rapid rise of competitive sports and make historic transformation from “a major sports country” to “a sports power in the world”.This paper adopts the methods of literature review and interview to collect data on the training mechanism of high-level sports reserve talents in Wenzhou sports school.It also This paper adopts the methods of literature review and interview to be ranked among the top 100 key sports schools in China is that it strengthens the normalized management according to the benchmark of "national high-level sports reserve talent base";The joint public education,grassroots sports innovative talent training model;It gives full play to the role of science and technology in supporting the development of an integrated model of training,scientific research and medicine;Grasp the positioning of athletes as "students" and promote the standardization of cultural teaching;Strengthen the consciousness of "athletes" and highlight the characteristics of "sports" in sports school teaching;Promote teaching reform and rebuild teaching management system;Establish the concept of "moral education first" and expand the necessary ability outside the classroom;Integrate effective resources,build public-private sports project clubs and other measures to cultivate high-level sports reserve talents.However,there are inevitably problems of different degrees in terms of running conditions,enrollment mechanism,material selection mechanism,training system,contradiction between education and training,and social resources.Aiming at the problems existing in training high-level sports reserve talents in Wenzhou sports school,under the guidance of sustainable development theory,motivation incentive theory and barrel theory,based on the advanced concept and experience of training competitive sports reserve talents at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the improvement mechanism based on the current situation of wenzhou sports school: Improve the conditions of running schools,optimize the learning,training and living environment of athletes and students;Keep the entrance well,pay attention to life planning,take the road of sustainable development;Break the traditional mode of empirical material selection and realize scientific material selection;Graspthe sports project,optimize the project layout,deepen the training system reform;Excavate the connotation of education and ease the contradiction between education and training;The government should guide and invest in multiple ways to improve the mechanism for ensuring the training of competitive sports talents by social forces. |
