It is not only responsible for one's own life,but also plays an important role in social and economic development to choose a suitable career for one's own.Therefore,high school basic curriculum teaching also needs to pay attention to the consciousness of career planning,set a career example and learn the spirit of career characters.High school Chinese teaching should attach importance to career education.The biography works of Chinese and foreign characters in high school Chinese teaching materials can make students explore the growth path of celebrities,lead students to explore the direction of life growth,and encourage them to pursue their life ideals.This study believes that the biography teaching can help students learn from the growth path of celebrities and establish their career ideals.Based on this,this study first grasps the actual problems.Using the method of investigation and research,the author enters the classroom,observes and observes the teaching of biography in senior high school,interviews teachers and students,and analyzes the current situation of Chinese biography teaching and career planning awareness education in senior high school.The following problems are found:in senior high school Chinese teaching,biography teaching and career planning awareness education are not given due attention,students lack of career planning awareness,self-evaluation is insufficient,"conformity psychology" is serious;teachers do not understand career planning guidance methods;biography teaching objectives are single,teaching methods are obsolete,teaching time is insufficient.Secondly,it demonstrates why to improve senior high school students' awareness of career planning through the teaching of biography reading at home and abroad,and its theoretical basis.Next,this paper explores the theory of career education combining biography reading.This includes three aspects:first,from the tradition of "poetry expressing ambition" and Bandura's social learning theory,it discusses the role model and humanistic value of biography;second,from Bruner's"narrative and self' theory,it explains the narrative and career education value of biography;third,from the six steps of career education and the Enlightenment of biography characters,it explains the role of biography teaching in career planning consciousness education Face unique value and feasibility.Thirdly,it puts forward the teaching strategy of combining biography reading with career education,which includes:choosing the teaching items of Chinese and foreign biography in combination with in class and in class,choosing the teaching topics of Chinese and foreign biography from the same character occupation and similar people's professional spirit and life planning approach,and quoting them respectively in the front,middle and back of teaching activities In this paper,the life story of the biographer is unfolded,the relationship between the characters is clarified by using the flow chart,and the teaching is carried out layer by layer according to the steps of career education.From the surface characteristics of biography to the character and spiritual quality of the characters,and combined with the current hot topic sublimation theme,the oral composition of biography and the training of autobiography writing are also proposed.Finally,the author uses the above strategies to design some typical teaching cases.(1)Mao Zedong:recalling the past:a long history,Marx:dedicating to the realization of human ideal society--a case study of reading teaching with the theme of "determination and career";(2)Yang Zhenning:the son of Chinese and Western science and culture,Darwin:interest and perseverance are the driving force of Science Development--a case study of reading teaching with the theme of "scientist";(3)Bill Gates:The success of it heroes,Ma Yun,the father of Ali--an extracurricular reading teaching case with the theme of "entrepreneurs talk about experience".The further suggestions of this study are:on the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the recommendation of students'extracurricular reading and guide them to explore the career experience of role models.On the other hand,teachers should fully prepare teaching materials and improve their career planning guidance level and comprehensive quality.
