The teacher's normal school is a reserve army of teachers.The Ministry of Education and other five departments issued the "Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan(2018-2022)" notice,which emphasizes the important position of teacher education in education and its driving role.The reserve army to improve the quality of the school's normal students is the key to improving the quality of the entire education.The teacher's language ability is the basic skill of the teacher's occupation.It is an important measure to cultivate the language ability of the school's normal students.This paper designs and develops the language ability training system of normal students based on virtual reality technology,applies it to the language ability training of the normal students in the school,verifies whether the system is effective,and provides a strong evidence for information technology support teaching.The application of virtual reality technology to the development of language ability of normal students provides a direction.As the theoretical guidance of this thesis,constructivist learning theory and cognitive learning theory explore the influence of teacher-study language ability training system based on virtual reality technology on the language ability training of normal students through literature research method,experimental research method and questionnaire survey method.In this paper,forty-eight normal students from a university in Shaanxi are the research objects.The forty-eight students are selected according to their personality.Among them,24 are introverted and 24 are extroverted.They are randomly divided into A and B in the same group.Group,12 people in each group.Group A uses the equipment provided by the author to install the virtual reality language ability training system for language ability exercises,while Group B stands in front of the fitting mirror provided by the author.The training period is 5 weeks.Before the training,the professional teachers will evaluate the language ability level.After the training,the professional teachers will also evaluate the language ability level of all the subjects.Then statistical analysis of the front and back data,and draw the final conclusion.This paper finds through empirical research:(1)Before the training,the students' speech expression and phonetic intonation scores were slightly higher than those of the control group students,but the experimental group students' content conceiving,body language,language use scores and total scores were slightly lower than the control group students.The six aspects of the independent sample T test found that the difference was not significant,it can be considered that the experimental group and the control group two levels.After the experimental subjects were trained,the experimental group scores slightly lower than the control group in terms of content conception.The experimental group's verbal expression,phonetic intonation,body language,language use and total scores were significantly higher than the control group.(2)After the training,the scores of the experimental group and the control group in terms of content conceiving were improved compared with those before the training.Using the independent sample T test,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was found to be insignificant.(3)After the training,in the speech expression,phonetic intonation,body language scores,the experimental group and the control group were improved before the training,but after the independent sample T test,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was found to be significant,which shows that the teacher The language proficiency training system promotes the speech,intonation,and body language of normal students.(4)After the training,the scores of the experimental group objects in language use were improved,and the scores of the control subjects in language use were slightly reduced.Further,the independent use of the language test scores found that the language ability training system has the ability to use the language of the normal students.Promotion has a positive effect.After the training,the questionnaire was used to investigate teachers who used the system.They learned about their use and optimization suggestions for the teacher's language ability training system.Through experiments and questionnaires,the author Some suggestions and measures are put forward for the optimization of the language ability training system based on virtual reality technology,and it is hoped that information technology can play a greater role in assisting students' learning.
