Research On The Application Of Virtual Reality Technology In The "Xihaner" Employment Training Platform

This paper analyses the application of virtual reality technology in special education,combines the employment predicament of “Mental disorder patients” and the shortage of traditional employment training methods,and applies virtual reality technology to “Mental disorder patients” employment training platform to help “Mental disorder patients” integrate into society better and faster,and move to work.This article will be divided into four chapters to elaborate on it,in-depth discussion of the urgency of the application of virtual reality technology,the use of virtual reality technology,and bring it into the“Mental disorder patients”employment training courses,to meet the “Mental disorder patients” employment needs.Virtual reality technology has abundant characteristics.Its vitalization teaching,visualization teaching,virtual role participation and so on can bring special learning experience to “Mental disorder patients” children.It can not only make “Mental disorder patients” more focused on learning,but also save a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.It also has a profound impact on “Mental disorder patients” families,training bases,employment points and society.The innovation of this paper is to bring virtual reality technology into employment education of special population,improve their employment skills and realize social value.
