Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Xi'an Sports Complex

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's material standard of living,the contradiction between people's increasing demand for physical exercise and the current sports venues' inability to meet people's diversified sports consumption demand has become increasingly prominent.The transformation and improvement of sports venues' functions and the reform and innovation of the mechanism are imperative.In October 2014,no.46 of the state council for the first time put forward "Mosaic" build urban sports services,since then,the construction of sports complex and in sports related government documents mentioned many times,combining with the current advance supply side,the background of structural reform in sports sports complex construction can meet people's diversified needs,to enhance the rationality of sports supplies,comply with the new era of sports innovation and development requirements.Through literature research,fi eld investigation,case analysis and other research methods to study the current situation of the development of xi 'an sports complex,find out the problems existing in the development of xi 'an sports complex,put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn:With the help of the national,provincial and municipal policies and the opportunity of the 14th national games,the development of xi 'an sports complex has obtained a good development environment and achieved good construction effects.Xi'an sports complex has experienced comprehensive development from a sports-centered type to a variety of types of complexes,such as national fitness type,embedded commercial center type and tourism(entertainment)type.Specifically,zhuque square has played a demonstration and leading role in the construction of xi'an sports complex.The construction of sports complex is more closely integrated with leisure space.The construction of sports complex is integrated into the overall urban development planning,and the embedded complex of commercial center has gradually become a hot spot of construction.However,as sports complex is an emerging thing in China,its development model is still lack of mature theoretical system.Therefore,in the actual construction process of xi 'an sports complex,there is not enough experience to follow,and there are the following problems:(1)sports related guidance policies and opinions are not detailed enough;(2)sports event market cultivation is insufficient and operation content is insufficient;(3)mainly relying on sports centers(stadiums and gymnasiums),the space of carriers is not expanded enough;(4)the construction of sports complex mainly relies on government investment,and social investment is insufficient;(5)limited to urban development,balanced urban and rural development imbalance;(6)some sports venues are dilapidated,which cannot meet the development requirements of sports complex;(7)insufficient supply of small and medium-sized national fitness sports complexes serving the community;(8)lack of professional management personnel.In view of the above problems,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)improve the guidance and refine the development goals;(2)enrich the content of activities through multiple channels to achieve the sustainable development of sports complex;(3)use their own advantages to expand the space of sports complex carrier;(4)the government actively guides social input at full cost;(5)build a rural sports tourism complex and coordinate the balanced development of urban and rural areas;(6)establish marketing concepts and develop business projects close to consumers;(7)overall planning and construction of community national fitness sports complex;(8)develop human resources through multiple channels.
