China's tennis is in a period of rapid development.With the success of tennis players such as Li Na and Wang Qiang in the international arena,the number of people learning tennis in China has increased significantly.More and more teenagers also regard tennis as themselves Favorite sport.Tennis can not only enhance the physique of teenagers and increase interest in physical exercise,but also cultivate the psychological quality of the youth group,enhance interpersonal communication skills and the spirit of cooperation with others.At present,China's research on children's tennis training is in an optimization period.The level of coaches is uneven,and the teaching method is slightly simple,which is not conducive to children's tennis enlightenment training.Most tennis training camps take a lot of multi-ball training during children' s enlightenment training,ignoring the importance of pace and ball sense in tennis.The single multi-ball training makes the training boring and tasteless,will make the children in the teenagers inert mentality,which is not conducive to the future development of tennis.Through his professional tennis experience,the author has designed a new set of tennis training methods for children's tennis enlightenment teaching.In tennis,the so-called seven-points rely on legs and three-points rely on hands.The focus of the teaching is on the cultivation of footsteps and ball sense Footwork and ball-feeling exercises account for 50%of the total duration of a training class.At the same time,some multi-ball exercises and conventional tennis quality exercises are combined to conduct tennis training for children in the enlightenment stage.In this paper,we tested the 40 zero-based children in the tennis training class of the Sports Bureau of Binhai New Area,Dagang District,Tianjin through the literature data method,experimental method and statistical method.After the tennis training of the control group and the experimental group at one stage,the students were in actual combat.The data such as the success rate of hitting,the depth of hitting,the winning rate,the rationality of hitting,and the changes in physical quality are analyzed and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.New tennis teaching method can quickly improve students' tennis level.2.New tennis teaching method can better improve children's physical fitness and health.3.The new tennis teaching method can make the zero-based children's tennis students engage in actual confrontation faster.4.New tennis teaching method can enable students to better use tactical scores in actual combat.5.The new tennis teaching method can make the ball hit by students in actual combat more stable and reduce a large number of unforced errors.The main purpose of this study is to promote the development of Chinese tennis,provide reference for the domestic children 's tennis enlightenment teaching,and contribute to the Chinese tennis career.
