| Research objective:the traditional tennis teaching method has been used in the domestic children's tennis teaching.When children are learning tennis,the traditional teaching method is easy to make children weary of learning.In this article,through the"QuickStart Tennis+traditional" teaching method is applied to 6 years old children beginners of Tennis teaching,explore "QuickStart" Tennis+traditional" teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method,whether more help to improve children's Tennis forehand and backhand shot accuracy and depth,whether more help to improve children's pace of movement speed,and the influence of the subjective sport experience for children.Through the exploration of foreign advanced teaching ideas and methods to enrich the traditional tennis teaching method improvement research direction.Research methods:this paper uses experimental method,literature method,psychological measurement method,data statistical method.Children aged 6 were taken as subjects to complete the tennis ball sensation test and the walking speed test,the accuracy and depth test of forehand and backhand shots,and the questionnaire survey of children's subjective sports experience in tennis lessons.The conclusion is drawn through discussion and analysis of experimental data.Results:the results of bounce and bounce ball test before the experiment in the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the experiment(p>0.05).After the experiment,the accuracy test and depth test scores between the forehand and backhand shots were significantly different in the two groups(p<0.05).After the experiment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The results of the investigation of children's subjective sports experience in the two groups were statistically significant in terms of "positive well-being","psychological distress" and "sense of fatigue"(p<0.05).Research conclusion:compared with traditional teaching method,"QuickStart Tennis+traditional" teaching method is more helpful to improve the accuracy and depth of children's forehand and backhand shots,as well as the pace of children's footwork.There was a significant difference in the results of the subjective sports experience survey between the two groups of children.The "QuickStart Tennis+traditional"teaching method could enable children to obtain more positive happiness,have less psychological distress and have a lower sense of fatigue.It can be found that the"QuickStart Tennis+traditional" teaching method integrates skills training into games,and the skills are rooted in their muscle memory while playing,and the children's enthusiasm,attention time and skills strengthening are combined to achieve better teaching effect. |
