In recent years,with the rapid development of ethnic education in China,the proportion of ethnic minority students in higher education is increasing,which makes the training quality of ethnic minority higher talents widely concerned.Some studies have shown that the learning adaptability of ethnic groups is becoming more and more obvious.Because different ethnic groups have different culture,characteristics,ways of thinking and behavior habits,they will encounter different aspects and different degrees of learning problems in the school environment and social environment dominated by the Han.Adaptation to university learning is an important foundation to ensure the quality of students' learning.The level of adaptation will directly affect the future development of students,involve the training quality of higher talents of ethnic minorities in China,and then affect the development of ethnic education in China.As one of ethnic group with wide geographical distribution,distinct education characteristics and complex family structure,Korean students'adaptation level in university is necessarily different from other ethnic groups.Therefore,paying attention to the learning adaptability of Korean college students has its unique value and necessity.This paper takes M University as an example,which is located in the Han as the main environment,and makes an in-depth study on the learning adaptability of Korean college students through questionnaire and interview.The research problems of this paper are:first,to understand the learning adaptability of Korean college students;second,to analyze the differences in learning adaptability and dimensions of Korean college students with different characteristics from seven aspects:gender,grade,family location,graduation high school,family language,family living members and economic situation;third,to explore the learning adaptability of Korean college students Fourth,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the learning adaptability of Korean college students.In this study,Korean undergraduates from 17 colleges of M University were investigated,mainly by questionnaire and interview.A total of 197 valid questionnaires were collected from 200 respondents by random sampling.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results,the research tool is formed by referring to the relevant contents of the questionnaire on College Students' learning adaptation and adjusting the characteristics of the research object.The study measures the learning adaptability of Korean college students in M University from 12 dimensions:learning attitude and motivation,learning method and ability,school teaching and management,self cognition and psychology,learning environment and social interaction.The semi-structured interview was used to interview 16 Korean college students of different grades,genders,colleges,places of origin and high school backgrounds.The interview contents include personal learning background,enrollment motivation,learning ability,learning method,teaching and management evaluation,self-awareness,psychological state,interpersonal relationship,family relationship and so on.Through the analysis of SPSS and the arrangement of interview contents,it is found that the overall learning adaptability of Korean students in M University is at a lower level.There are no significant differences in gender,high school graduation and family language use among Korean college students.Different grades of Korean college students in learning attitude,learning methods,learning ability and social relations in four aspects.Korean college students from different families have significant differences in learning methods,learning ability and self-awareness.There are significant differences in learning attitude,learning methods and social relations among Korean college students with different living members.There are significant differences in learning attitude,learning ability,school management,self-awareness and school environment among Korean college students with different family economic conditions.In addition,the learning maladjustment of Korean college students in M University is manifested in the following aspects:insufficient attention to academic achievements,lack of professional interest,vague future planning,difficulties in internalizing learning content,obstacles in interaction between teachers and students in class,boring teaching methods,maladjustment in course schedule,maladjustment in learning evaluation,influence of Korean language ability on professional learning,gap in Chinese ability Class learning atmosphere is not good and interpersonal communication is frustrated.In view of the above-mentioned learning adaptability problems of Korean college students,the researchers put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the personal level,the teacher level and the school level:first of all,students should attach importance to personal career planning,clear learning objectives,cultivate professional learning interests,and correct learning attitude at all times.Secondly,teachers should optimize the way of teaching and strengthen the feedback mechanism of curriculum according to the characteristics of curriculum;counselors and class tutors should carry out ideological construction activities such as class meeting on schedule to optimize the learning atmosphere.Finally,the school can improve the academic language level of Korean college students through the opening of language courses.The arrangement of class hours should be more scientific and create a variety of teaching environment.
