Learning adaptability refers to the tendency that the individuals try to overcome difficulties to achieve better learning effects, in other words, learning adaptive abilities. The main factors include seven aspects like learning attitude, learning methods, learning technology, family environment, school environment, independence and perseverance, physical and mental health.Good learning adaptability is the important safeguard of learning, so it has become the focus of attention of the people in the field of education in recent years. But the present studies mostly stay on Pupils’ learning adaptability in the description of the present situation, and basis on it, improving pupils’ learning adaptability strategy are empty, lacking effects of single factors for study. This topic in order to remedy this shortage, selected the important influence factors——teachers, through empirical study on teacher factors influence on pupils’ learning adaptability. From the perspective of teachers, I give some methods and strategies on how to improve the pupils’ learning adaptability. At the same time, basic on the findings of previous research, middle-grade pupils’learning adaptability is the worst, so the research focuses on middle-grade pupils, talking about the relationship between teachers’influence factors and primary pupils’ learning adaptability.The author comprehensively utilized three specific methods—questionnaire, classroom observation and interviews on this research, analyzed the pupils’ learning adaptability of Tianjin and the status of teachers’ quality which affects pupils’ learning adaptability. Through empirical research, the author got the following results:Firstly, the overall level of pupils’ learning adaptability of Tianjin is worrying. Secondly, on the evaluation of teachers’quality, teachers and pupils have significant differences. Thirdly, teachers’ quality has great influence on Pupils’ learning adaptability. Fourthly, teachers’ knowledge, teaching strategies, occupation all have an important effect on pupils’ learning adaptability.According to the conclusions of this research, the author suggests that teachers should improve the pupils’ learning adaptability from the following several aspects. Firstly, establish the correct concept of teachers. Secondly, establish effective teaching strategies. Thirdly, have sufficient communication abilities. Fourthly, enhance teachers’ reflective consciousness and ability; fifthly, teachers should play a leading role in the home and school cooperation; sixth, pay attention to the teacher’s sense of happiness and improve the teachers’ occupation power; seventhly, the integrate social forces and comprehensively enhance the quality of teachers.
