"Body development" training is an exploratory study in the author's participation in the teaching practice activities of "University participation in elementary school aesthetic education".It follows the law of physical and mental development of elementary school students,and provides a scientific and effective way to comprehensively improve the physical and mental health of students and promote the development of whole brains.The author found in the teaching that there are problems such as lack of teaching methods and single methods in the dance aesthetic education classroom,and different levels have hindered students' physical and mental development needs.And the children who are at the peak stage of physiological development are undergoing different degrees of physiological changes in the development of limbs,bones and bones,as well as speed,flexibility,coordination,strength,and flexibility.At this stage,using scientific and effective dance aesthetic education methods can Help students to improve their physical and psychological development,and stimulate students' inherent potential.Therefore,this article explores the practical application of "physical development" training in dance aesthetic education classrooms,and uses the "physical and mental studies","physiology" and "dance aesthetic education principles" for effective methods for students' physical and mental development,and provides "physical development" training for Beijing Experimental School(Haidian)Primary School's students.It is hoped that through the scientific system research and some of my shallow opinions,we can better promote the development of primary school dance aesthetic educationThis article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is a brief description of the concepts of "physical development" and "dance aesthetic education." First,the concept and basis of "physical development" are expressed.It is different from the physical training of traditional dance teaching methods.Instead,it stimulates students' potential and develops their physical,mental,personality,and aesthetic abilities.Secondly,it analyzes the conceptual characteristics of dance aesthetic education and its status in quality education in primary and middle schools,and points out the necessity and status of aesthetic education in the quality education classroom of primary and secondary schools under the national education reform policy.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of dance aesthetic education in Beijing Experimental School(Haidian)Primary School.It mainly discusses the development of aesthetic education courses,feedback of some "missing" problems and solutions.The third chapter mainly discusses the application and practical significance of "body development" training.The first part sorts out the implementation steps of body development training in the aesthetic education classroom from the aspects of curriculum design,process,and investigation.The second part starts from four The aspect elaborates the practical training significance to the physical development training.The fourth chapter mainly reflects and looks forward to the "body development" training course.Based on the practical research of"body development" training in the dance aesthetic education classroom,the author has two aspects of thinking.On the one hand,the course construction of"body development" training.On the other hand,I hope to improve the physical and mental literacy of the people.
