This thesis analyzes and researches the athletic level of China's sports dancing contestants by using the methods of literature, expert interviews, analysis such as logic etc. combined with the characteristics of the project Dance Sport and development trend. The Study shows the reasons for low score which constraints the player of our country, mainly due to the existence of our country's physical problem. took physical player and current status of research about other similar projects in recent years as reference.From the Preliminary study of the concept of physical Dance Sport fitness, the structure of physical training system and the principles of physical training, learned that the level of Sports dance physical training are constructed of Special forces, complete sets of endurance, a high degree of coordination, special flexibility, speed of motion, body posture, muscle control, action, and expressive, and coordinate partner aspects etc. Dance Sport of physical training should follow these principles: starting from the real competition; the gradual physical training; physical training and the combining technical training; of systematic physical training principles; physical training of feedback; physical training of individual. Dance Sport fitness system consists of three sub-systems: the system of contents and methods which is the core one - monitoring and feedback system - the health care system. Dance Sport physical training includes: general physical training which includes strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, coordination and agility, in general the Physical training should pay attention to the development of a sensitive period. Dance Sport's special physical training, including special strength, endurance, flexibility, physical training of feedback; physical training of individual.this thesis put forward the new concept of Sports Dance Physical Training According to the current status of the Sports Dance Physical Training in our country.In order to promote Dance Sport training develop scientifically in our country and to make this project obtain a breakthrough in the world.
