| In order to explore ways and means to improve the physical fitness of children, and to explore the effects of different training frequencies on the physical fitness of children, help children to better develop basic motor skills, promote the healthy growth and Develop good exercise habits,This paper uses the literature data method to summarize the rules and characteristics of the body development of 3~6 years old children, and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of training programs; The expert interview method was used to interview experts in preschool education and physical fitness training for children. The kindergarten leaders and children's physical training teachers were interviewed, and their opinions on improving the physical exercise methods of children's physical fitness were collected to improve training program;Using the experimental method, through the 12-week intervention experiment,to understand the effects of different frequency of physical exercise training on the physical fitness of children, whether there is significant improvement effect, and obtain relevant quantitative results, and also explore function training development and application in children's physical education; The children's test scores were processed and analyzed by SPSS 24.0 software using mathematical statistics. This study have drawn the following conclusions:(1)The training effect twice a week is better than the other groups. In the group of 2 training sessions per week, the strength, coordination and sensitivity of the lower limbs were increased(P<0.05).It is recommended that children participate in 2 physical exercise trainings per week to get the best training results.(2)The 12-week physical exercise function training had a certain impact on the physical quality of children. The coordination quality and sensitivity quality were the most obvious(P<0.05),indicating that the designed body exercise function training program is improving the coordination and sensitivity of children.Quality plays a positive role, which is consistent with the goal of improving the healthy development of young children in the “Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6”.(3)Through correlation analysis, there is a significant positive correlation between coordination quality, sensitive quality, speed quality and balance quality;there is a significant positive correlation between explosive strength of upper and lower limbs, upper body strength and flexibility. The number of correlations between the quality items twice a week was greater than that of the weekly group and the control group, and the control group was the least.(4)Through cluster analysis,it is concluded that the displacement skill items mostly reflect the children's speed, sensitivity, coordination and balance quality, while the non-displacement skills items mostly reflect the children's strength-related quality and flexibility. This is consistent with the three major types of exercise skills training for young children in the United States, but there is a certain difference from the traditional classification of children's physical fitness training in China. This classification can be referred to in future curriculum development design and selection of test projects. |
