A Case Study Of The Growth Trajectory And Cultivation Path Of The "post-80s" New-type Professional Farmers

With the development of times,"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has become an important factor restricting China’s development.To this end,the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.An overview of the relevant policy documents in recent years shows that the cultivation of new professional peasants has been regarded as an important step to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and achieve rural revitalization,which has received the focus and support of the state.In this context,a large number of new professional peasant cultivation research results emerge.However,most of the research results focus on the academic rational research with the new professional peasants as a whole as the research object,or the regional research with the region as the dividing standard,and lack of specific research on the new professional peasants.As a breakthrough point,this research choose six new professional peasants born in the 1980 s as the research object,through the in-depth interviews,depicting its growth trajectory,analysis and reflection on main breed influence factors and the reality path,and puts forward improvement Suggestions for the future of cultivating path,in order to provide more young people become new professional peasants better route choice,and thus alleviate the current new professional peasants team ageing problems.This study mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,the paper expounds foster new professional peasants is the key way to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers","80 after" group is the key to ease the new professional peasants team aging,personal experience for new professional peasants research interests of the three selected topic reason,the research purpose and meaning,combing the domestic and foreign research status,research method,and the core concept of "new professional peasants" "new professional peasants born in the 1980s" and "nurture".The second part discusses the life course theory,symbol interaction theory,structural functionalism theory and its relevance in this study,which provides theoretical support for this study to analyze the growth trajectory and cultivation path of new professional peasants born in the 1980 s.In the third part,through the analysis of interview data,it is found that the growth trajectory of six new professional peasants born in the 1980 s can be divided into three types: "ladder rising" "fluctuation folding" and "line rising",which provides realistic data for exploring the influencing factors and cultivation paths of new professional peasants born in the 1980 s.In the fourth part,according to the three growth tracks of the new professional peasants born in the 1980 s,the relevant factors affecting their cultivation are deeply analyzed from thefive dimensions of personal background,subjective initiative,occupational cognition,influence of others and cultivation conditions.In the fifth part,based on the growth path,cultivation influencing factors and development status of new professional peasants born in the 1980 s,the following cultivation paths are proposed: broaden the source of cultivation objects,and absorb talents with professional backgrounds;Improve the content of cultivation course and innovate the way of cultivation;Give full play to the ability of self-study to build the farmers’ learning group;We will expand the channels for cultivating publicity and improve the support for cultivation.
