Teachers shoulder the important mission of shaping personality,shaping life,shaping the future,and occupy an important position in education.The construction and development of the society in the new era urgently needs a group of high-quality and high-capacity talents,which also puts forward higher goals for education.To achieve the progress and development of education,teachers are an important part.In response to the situation,the party and the country propose to strengthen the construction of the teaching team in the new era,and strive to train teachers with high comprehensive quality,sufficient professionalism,and create educator-type teachers.Guided by the policy background,batches of outstanding teachers have emerged in the education sector,and the elementary school language field is no exception.However,the growth process of excellent teachers is long and arduous but extremely meaningful.Every detail,every move and every stage is worthy of consideration,and it is worth learning from teachers who are on the road of excellent teachers.In this study,case study method,literary research method,interview method,and observation method were adopted,and H city L elementary school vice principal S teacher and H city S elementary school teacher Z were surveyed as two representative elementary Chinese teacher.Investigate the professional growth of human teachers.Conduct in-depth analysis and comparative studies to summarize common steps and experiences in the professional development of talented teachers and refine the personal characteristics of the professional growth of different talented teachers in different disciplines.To propose practical suggestions for the professional growth of Chinese teachers in elementary school.The full text is divided into 6 parts.The first part: introduction.Includes the background chosen for the professional growth of excellent teachers,the importance of studying the path of professional growth of excellent teachers,literature review of research on professional growth of excellent teachers,excellent teachers Definition,etc.and the rationale used.Clarify the theoretical background and practical importance of the professional growth of good teachers,and make a new interpretation of the concept of good teachers under the background of a new era.The second part: Research and design.Explain the research objectives and content of this research,give a brief introduction to the research objects,namely Teacher S and Teacher Z,analyze the feasibility and operability of the selected research method,and record the actual application of the selected research method in the research.The third part: An explanation of the professional growth path of excellent Chinese teachers in elementary school.S's 26 years of professional growth and Z's29 years of professional growth are summarized and refined,and their professional growth paths are shown in the directions of "moral education" and "teaching" respectively.The fourth part: Factors that influence the professional growth of excellent elementary school Chinese teachers.By splitting and analyzing the professional growth pathways of the two teachers,we find the main factors that influence their professional growth.After the survey,the factors that influence the professional growth of the two teachers are mainly divided into external factors and internal factors.External factors include living environment,important others,and important events.Internal factors include sincere love,constant enterprising temperament,and a spirit of remorse and creativity.The fifth part: Enlightenment from the professional growth path of excellent Chinese teachers in elementary school.Teacher professional growth enlightenment comes from the professional growth pathway analysis and influential factors of major Chinese teachers.From the promotion of education awareness,cultivating good quality;improving the training mechanism,providing high-quality resources;creating a communication platform to play the role of mutual assistance;focusing on individual teachers and achieving humane development.The sixth part: Research conclusions and reflections.It summarizes the conclusions and enlightenment drawn from studying the professional growth pathways of good teachers,considers the conclusions of the study,and considers the problems and deficiencies of the research process.
