The quality of kindergarten education affects the long-term development of children and is one of the important indicators for parents to choose kindergartens.Young preschool teachers are the main force in the development of kindergartens,and their professional level largely determines the quality of kindergarten education.At present,the concept of "Internet+" prevails in the education field,and the particularity of "Internet+" broadens the professional growth path of teachers.In the field of preschool education,compared with older preschool teachers,young preschool teachers ’ growth is more consistent with the background of the rapid development of the Internet in my country,so they are familiar with and better at using the Internet.Therefore,whether young kindergarten teachers use the Internet path to promote personal professional growth,and what their "Internet +" professional growth path is,it is worth exploring.In this context,this study adopts the paradigm of case study,selecting three young preschool teachers from Z kindergarten A,B and C in J City and three young preschool teachers from W kindergarten D,E and F,a total of six young preschool teachers as research Object.Comprehensive use of interview method,literature method and observation method,through the objective description of the actual state of the "Internet +" professional growth path of young kindergarten teachers,and then analyze the "Internet +" professional growth path of young kindergarten teachers and propose pertinence Suggestions,and finally draw conclusions and reflections of the research.First of all,this research examines the actual status of the "Internet +" professional growth path of three young preschool teachers in kindergarten A,B,and C in J City and three young preschool teachers in D,E,and F in W kindergarten.Make an overview.The study found that they recognized that the Internet path is of great value to their professional growth,but their performance in specific Internet professional growth actions is relatively unsatisfactory,and the results obtained are not satisfactory.Secondly,this research objectively analyzes the reasons for the actual state of the“Internet +”professional growth path of young kindergarten teachers.Through the research,it is found that the reason why young kindergarten teachers actively agree with the use of the Internet path for professional growth is because: Professional growth is more convenient;information technology is very important for professional development;use the Internet as a tool for lifelong growth.The specific actions of young kindergarten teachers using the Internet path for professional growth are relatively unsatisfactory because: the work of the kindergarten does not require high levels of information technology;the informatization construction of the kindergarten stays at the stage of informatization popularization;the low pressure of establishment induces inert thinking.In the end,the results of young kindergarten teachers using the Internet path for professional growth are unsatisfactory because:subjectively,they believe that the improvement of skills is more important;objectively,they are busy and do not have time for staged summary.Third,based on an objective analysis of the reasons for the professional growth path of young kindergarten teachers ’ "Internet +",targeted suggestions are put forward:young kindergarten teachers take concrete actions from the inside out;kindergartens provide support from the outside to the inside;the government from top to top Under overall planning.In this way,young kindergarten teachers’ "Internet +" professional growth path can be better developed.Finally,draw the conclusions of this research and reflect on this research.
