At present,secondary vocational education has occupied half part of high school education,but it’s quality of education is worrying.In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education,speeding up the construction of a teacher’s group in secondary vocational schools with high quality and strong ability is the main task faced by current secondary vocational education.The development process of professional quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools has both particularity and universal rules,which combines individuality with generality.By studying the general rules of their professional quality development,it can not only reveal their growing experience as a whole and more concretely,but also provide enlightenment and reference for other teachers’ development.It can also find some common characteristics from the comparison of different individual growth processes,and grasp their growth rules.So it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to carry out case study on master teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this paper selects four master teachers in secondary vocational schools,analyzes the development process of their professional quality through the combination of observation and interview,hoping to provide experience for the development of other secondary vocational teachers,and provide theoretical and methodological enlightenment for the construction of high-quality secondary vocational teachers.This paper has six parts: the first part introduces the research background,summary of the professional quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools at home and abroad,significance and methods of research as well as definition of related concepts.The second part is mainly the theoretical basis of the development of the professional quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools,including lifelong learning theory,teachers’ professional development theory and reflective practice theory.The third part is a case study of master teachers in secondary vocational schools.This paper selects four master teachers in secondary vocational schools,summarizes from the three aspects of professional situation,professional knowledge and professional ability respectively.The fourth part is an overall analysis of the development of the professional quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools.It found that the professional development of the four teachers can be divided into three periods.The pre-employment extensive learning period to learn knowledge and exercise ability,adaptation period at the beginning of employment and the mature period of improvement in the on-the-job stage with firm belief,complete knowledge and improved capabilities.The fifth part is mainly analysis of influencing factors.By case studying and analyzing of the development of the professional quality of the four master teachers in secondary vocational schools,the author found that the factors affecting their development of professional quality include personal,school and socialfactors.Personal factors include educational beliefs,practical activities,self-development consciousness and personal charm;school factors include cultural environments,school support and interpersonal environments;social factors include education policy and social concept.The sixth part is enlightenment and suggestion.According to the development of the professional quality of the four master teachers in secondary vocational schools and the influencing factors of these three aspects,the strategies and suggestions for the professional quality of the master teachers in secondary vocational schools are put forward from the three aspects of individuals,schools and society.
