Study On The Informal Group Situation And Management Strategy Of The Senior Grade Class In Primary School

The informal group is a group which is formed spontaneously based on a certain demand and special relationship,their members trust each other and have a deep emotion,and the inner cohesion is strong.In this study,a high grade primary school in Xinxiang city as an example,investigation,primary school high grade class within the informal group of the causes,characteristics and influence,and are summed up and summarized.After the investigation,the author found that the informal group itself has a unique attribute,and the teacher did not pay attention to in the management of informal groups generally,there is not enough attention,education methods are not scientific.To solve these problems,the author puts forward some feasible strategies: fair to treat each student,for each student to actively participate in teaching activities;adopt different management modes according to different types of informal groups;continue to fight The principles and methods of ideological education;pay attention to the education and guidance of the core characters,so as to promote the development of the class.This paper is divided into 4 parts.The first part expounds and analyzes the system of previous research at home and abroad related to the concept of informal groups and theoretical basis;the second part of the selection of grade five or six students in a primary school of Xinxiang city as the research object,using Moreno social measurement method,informal group questionnaire and informal group characteristics questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers,students and teachers,fully understand the basic situation of the informal groups,and their causes of informal groups attitude.The third part according to the investigation results,the influencing factors of the informal groups of students were analyzed.The fourth part of the needle This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and strategies for the reasons of the formation of informal groups in the senior high school.
