In order to present the basic situation of middle school physical education teachers in Chengdu;present the basic situation of physical education teachers' occupational pressure,social support and subjective well-being,and explore the correlation between the three;to explore the prediction model of occupational pressure and social support on subjective well-being;The mediating effect of occupational stress between social support and negative affect.It provides a reference for the employment of physical education college students,provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of physical education teachers in the central and western regions,and provides a reference for follow-up research.Research methods:The author measured 400 middle school PE teachers in Chengdu with occupational Stress scale,social support scale and total happiness scale.I coded the collected data and input it into Excel.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,KMO and Bartlett spherical test,independent sample T test,one-way an OVA,and progressive regression were performed using SPSS22.0.Amos26 software was used to build the mediation effect model and test the mediation effect.Prism8.0 was used to draw the prediction graph.Research Conclusions:(1)There is a large gap in the proportion of male and female PE teachers in middle schools in Chengdu.Most PE teachers have bachelor's degree,and their weekly class hours are usually 13-20,and their monthly income is mainly 3000-6000 yuan.(2)The overall situation of occupational pressure of middle school PE teachers in Chengdu is general,mainly from work factors.With the increase of age,professional title and teaching age,occupational pressure also increases.Teachers with high occupational stress have more negative emotions and lower subjective well-being and utilization of support.(3)The overall situation of social support for middle school PE teachers in Chengdu is general,which mainly comes from spouse,other family members,friends,relatives,colleagues and work units.With the increase of age,professional title,teaching age and average monthly income,the social support received also increased;Influenced by marital status,the level of social support is: married teachers > unmarried teachers >divorced teachers.New teachers who live away from their families have significantly lower social support and subjective well-being.(4)The overall level of subjective well-being of middle school PE teachers in Chengdu is good,and the subjective well-being increases with the increase of average monthly income.The subjective well-being of female teachers was higher than that of male teachers.In the positive emotion,love and happiness are relatively more,while in the negative emotion,anger and worry are relatively more.(5)With the increase of physical education teachers' use of support,occupational stress will decrease;The increase of occupational pressure and negative emotion of physical education teachers;With the increase of social support,the subjective well-being of PE teachers increased.The equation model composed of social support and student dimension pressure can partially explain SWB.Social support plays a positive role in predicting SWB,while student dimension pressure plays a negative role in predicting SWB.Occupational stress has mediating support between social and negative emotions.
