The era of "Internet +" has greatly promoted the deep integration of modern information technology and education,and the comprehensive integration of modern education technology and education and teaching has become an inevitable trend in the reform and development of education and teaching in primary and secondary schools.In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,such as smart phones and tablets the widespread popularity of terminal equipment,a new type of network education teaching-"class","mu class" and "flip" class,the teaching of "wisdom" and "blended learning","individual learning" and so on has emerged,for example,in short,fine boring,the swagger,deep short video of micro lessons along the micro era characterized by the small and medium-sized students’ psychological needs,especially based on micro class developed under the support of primary and middle school sports teaching case design,an increasing number of experts,scholars and front-line teachers love and favor,Micro-lesson case design and production has become a new skill that educators need to master in the Internet era,and it is an important symbol to measure and evaluate the professional development of teachers.In the fast-paced and fragmented daily learning time,micro-lesson cases not only enable primary and secondary school students to learn independently and think deeply anytime and anywhere on demand,but also gradually change the learning methods of primary and secondary school students.The case design of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools based on the support of micro-lessons is still only one of the hot topics at present,but its advantages compared with traditional classroom teaching are highlighted incisively and vividly.The development prospect is bright,and the development potential and practical guidance are of great significance.Therefore,this study selected "middle and primary school sports micro teaching case design" as the research object,using literature study and case study,action research,video observation,expert interviews and other research methods,introduces the "class" support the middle and primary school sports teaching case design advantages,on the basis of the preliminary set up primary and secondary schools sports micro teaching case design theory frame,for primary and middle school sports teaching case design,production,application and development prospect of interpretation separately,seminars,and the following conclusions:(1)advantages of micro class in the case design of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools: it can intuitively show the teaching content,enhance the interest of case teaching,standardize the technical standards of movements,facilitate students’ on-demand learninganytime and anywhere,provide more learning and practice time for students in class,and provide teachers with rich case writing materials.(2)theoretical framework of micro-course teaching case design for primary and secondary school physical education: the concept,goal,principle,process,plan,elements,evaluation and matters to be noted of micro-course teaching case design.(3)the elementary and middle schools sports micro teaching case design: six steps design(select course knowledge,preparing teaching materials,teaching process design,display mode,the selected production way of thinking,the opening end design),5 step process(select information expression,production output,and processing,editing and synthesis of perfect),4kinds of filming method(phone,tablets,freedom,PPT production),three aspects of application cases(teachers,a professor at practice,teachers and students,students AnLiXue case teaching reflection).(4)outlook on the situation of case design of PE micro-course teaching in primary and secondary schools: the case design of PE micro-course teaching tends to be more professional and practical,with more emphasis on the selection and use of micro-course cases that are suitable for the Chinese cultural background and philosophy;Content is king,supplemented by good ideas and presentation forms,and used in combination with teaching materials.Through the combination of cross-platform cloud and mobile media,it is available for students to study online and offline,in-class and after-class on-demand,and the interaction between case elements and teachers’ roles,behaviors and students is emphasized.More attention should be paid to the research on the construction and application mode of sports micro-course teaching case database,especially on the evaluation of the application effect and empirical intervention of sports micro-course teaching cases.The design and innovation of new and diversified micro-course case resources will be the future development direction.The case design and making skill training of PE teachers’ micro-course teaching is an eternal theme,which plays an increasingly important role in promoting teachers’ professional development and business growth.
