Taking Micro.lecture and MOOC net as an example,this paper analyzes the main features of the existing micro.lecture design in primary schools from the perspective of instructional design through the methods of documentation,case analysis,interview and video analysis.The result of data analysis shows that the design of micro-class in primary school has the following characteristics:(1)Most teachers can speak smoothly and clearly when they are explaining and demonstrating.A few teachers do not appear naturally when they face the camera.(2)From the perspective of the application of modern educational media technology,there are various forms of existing PE classes in primary schools,but still need to be improved in terms of sound quality,video clarity,fluency and post editing.(3)From the perspective of instructional design,it is found that the existing primary school sports micro teaching content involves a wide range and many kinds,but there is no relative standard of selection in teaching content selection,so that some teaching contents that are not suitable for the use of micro class form are also selected.The analysis of learners teachers is not enough,the teaching methods of partial adult;there is little work on the micro lesson teaching objectives;in teaching organization form is more by the teachers’ demonstration teaching form;minority teachers ignore the site and equipment layout;the primary school sports micro class works no work involves the design of learning evaluation of physical education.Based on the above analysis results,as the main line teachers of the primary school sports micro lesson design and production,we should get the following enlightenment:(1)PE teachers should often take part in the training of micro class theory knowledge and micro curriculum development design practice,so as to overcome the technical factors that affect the quality of micro courses.(2)When choosing teaching contents,we should fully understand the characteristics of all sports items and avoid those items that are dangerous or inappropriate for students to learn independently.(3)In the micro teaching video should be clear of the micro lesson teaching goal,let students understand the learning goals.(4)When choosing teaching methods and teaching methods,it should not only conform to the routine requirements of physical education discipline,but also accord with the physical and mental characteristics and abilities of students.(5)From the essential characteristics of the micro class,the design of the primary school sports micro class should be taught in the form of individual teaching or small group teaching.(6)The teaching process of primary school sports micro lesson should be full of interest.In the teaching,appropriate games are added to attract students’ interest in learning,so that students can play in learning and learn in playing.(7)Starting from the purpose of sports micro lesson,we should give the standard of self-evaluation of learning outcomes in the design of primary school sports micro lesson,so that students can evaluate their learning results with the standard.
