With the development of education,traditional teacher's "monologue" teaching is no longer in line with the status quo of classroom teaching.Sato learn in thousands of the elementary school higher grades for classroom dialogue teaching in the classroom rules,combining the theory of constructivism and learning organization related to listen to each other as the core has been put forward based on the three kinds of form of dialogue,in order to carry out classroom learning community building,sato learning theory of the learning community is called a vision of the reform of education in the 21 st century.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary to construct a learning community of "dialogue and listening" in the teaching of higher grades in primary schools.The construction of "dialogue and listening" learning community in higher grades of primary schools is of positive significance to the professional development of teachers,the improvement of students' autonomy,and the cultivation of interpersonal relationship among class members.This study summarizes the theoretical research on classroom dialogue and listening teaching and learning community at home and abroad,and then sorts out the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of "dialogue and listening" learning community in senior grade primary schools.According to the above relevant concepts and theoretical basis,the connotation and characteristics of the learning community of "dialogue and listening" in senior grade primary schools are constructed.The characteristics of this study are highlighted: the diversity of teachers' roles,the subjectivity of students' learning,the mutual listening between teachers and students,and the reciprocity of students' cooperation.Based on the elementary school higher grades "dialogue and listen" connotation and features of learning community,using the survey method and explore the method of observation found that the elementary school higher grades "dialogue and listen" plight of the existence of learning community construction are: teachers lack of reasonable role,student's main body consciousness is weak,lack of teachers and students to listen to each other relations,the lack of living collaboration capabilities.Through the research,it is found that the root causes of these problems are: the solidification of teaching ideas,the imprisonment of learning atmosphere,the loss of common vision,and the lack of cooperative consciousness.Based on the dilemma of community construction,the reasons,connotation andtheoretical basis of dialogue and listening in senior grade primary schools,this paper constructs the research.First,update teachers' teaching concepts and enhance community identity.Second,the establishment of a common vision of teachers and students,the formation of community emotional connection;Thirdly,cultivate students' cooperative consciousness and promote the effective operation of the community;Fourth,create a relaxed classroom environment to achieve community self-generation.
