With the introduction of General Senior High School History Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)and the stepwise popularization and application of the ministry compiles new high school history textbooks,it also puts higher requirements for the multi-disciplinary accomplishment of high school teachers.The improvement of teacher groups' ability and accomplishment is not only restricted to their major,but also reflected on their teaching practice.Learning other disciplines' knowledge,this is the symbol about enhancing the knowledge of teachers and the teaching ability of teachers.Among them,based on the new situation of high school history teaching content and political discipline of close contact,the improvement of high school history teachers' political accomplishment has become an urgent task.The cultivation research about high school history teachers' political accomplishment is in order to better adapt to the needs of history curriculum reform,and create a high quality history class.According to the relationship between history and politics,and the status quo of the interdisciplinary promotion of history teachers.We put forward to a series of methods and ways improving the high school history teachers' accomplishment,which can promote the quality of education.This research is divided into four parts: the introduction discusses the research situation,and research idea and method,and the innovative point.The first part defines the related concept about this research.The second part analyzes necessity and possibility of improvement of high school history teachers' political accomplishment.The third part gets through the high school student questionnaire survey and specific teacher interview two ways,we investigate the current situation of high school history teachers' political accomplishment,and then,we analyze the problems in the process of teaching and the causes of the problems.The fourth part,according to the result,we combine the reality of high school history teacher,and come up with a series of measures,which include reading professional politics books,and taking part in training and exchange activity.The conclusion part summarizes the research of this paper about its significance.In the meanwhile,in order to make the cultivation measures to achieve the desired results,we need to pay attention to the problem from the practical process.According to the research results of this paper,though most high school history teachers are aware of the importance of cultivating interdisciplinary quality for teacher growth and professional development,the cultivation of teachers' interdisciplinary accomplishment still has a long way to go.This study hope to get through the exploration about the methods and ways of the improvement of high school history teachers' political accomplishment,which could provide reference and inspiration for the cultivation of history teachers' other disciplinary qualities.This study can improve teachers professionally and create the effective classroom practically.
