With the development and prosperity of our country,the economic level continues to improve.Although the national income continues to grow and the people’s life gets better and better,it is an indisputable fact that the gap between the rich and the poor has increased,which has led to various social problems.With the help of resilience theory and advantage perspective theory,based on the analysis of the low resilience of poor children,and through the implementation of group work intervention activities,this thesis explores the problems,limitations and corresponding countermeasures in the process of group work intervention to improve the resilience of poor children.This work is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,in which the research background,the research significance and the research status of this work are discussed;The second chapter deals with research and design methods and ideas.The main research methods used in this thesis are observation,interview and questionnaire.The research design is carried out on the basis of stress resistance theory and advantage perspective theory;The third chapter of this thesis is the analysis of the low resilience of poor children.It discusses the current situation of the resilience of poor children and the causes of the low resilience of poor children.It is considered that the current sense of internal strength of poor children is insufficient and the external support function of poor children is low.The main reason is that the resources owned by poor families are very limited and the empathy ability of external groups is weak,Limited support resources available;The fourth chapter is the research on improving the resilience of poor children by group work.The group intervention plan is designed from the aspects of group concept,group members,group objectives and evaluation methods.Finally,the group intervention activities are divided into five stages;The fifth chapter is the evaluation of the effectiveness of children’s intervention,which is the main evaluation process of the evaluation team of children’s intervention in poverty;The sixth chapter of this thesis is the research conclusions and suggestions,which believes that it is necessary to promote the suggestions of group intervention activities in promoting the resilience of poor children from the aspects of realizing the effective integration of resources,promoting school social work and promoting community activities.However,the single form of group work,limited service time and object of this thesis make this conclusion have some limitations,It needs to be improved in the future research.
