In recent years,bullying is more and more common in the workplace.This kind of negative behavior will bring huge destructive consequences to the organization and employees.It seriously corrodes and destroys the healthy development of the organization and the psychological health of employees,which has become a social problem that the society,organization and individual must attach great importance to.Because the research on workplace bullying in China started later than that in western countries,the research on workplace bullying in China is relatively few,and empirical research is also relatively scarce.Therefore,one of the purposes of this study is to investigate the current situation of workplace bullying in China.Workplace bullying can seriously affect the physical and mental health of the victims.It is easy to lead to loneliness in the workplace,and even lead to depression,anxiety and other negative psychological emotions.Then it extends to the interpersonal circle outside the workplace,causing anxiety and fear in daily social interaction,which seriously affects the normal social development of employees.That is to say,workplace bullying creates a workplace working atmosphere full of negative emotions,psychological state and malicious interpersonal communication.When an individual feels that there is no satisfactory interpersonal relationship in his workplace communication,he will have a subjective and unpleasant psychological experience,feel lonely,lonely or even desperate,which is easy to cause his workplace loneliness.At the same time,a series of repetitive and persistent social dilemmas,such as humiliation and isolation,which come from colleagues,superiors or subordinates,will lead to their social anxiety symptoms,which may further make the bullied gradually afraid of communicating with others,contacting with others,and even produce negative social problems,such as social exclusion and social anxiety,and give them physical and mental health Health has many adverse effects.With the rise of social anxiety level,it leads to the fear of negative evaluation when individuals communicate with others.In the process of interpersonal communication,they will worry about being negatively evaluated by others,which will also lead to the fear of negative evaluation of the outside world or others.Therefore,another main purpose of this study is to explore variables related to workplace bullying and understand the mechanism of workplace bullying affecting loneliness.In order to arouse the attention of the society and the organization to the individual mental health of employees,especially to prevent bullying within theorganization and promote the healthy and stable development of the organization.In conclusion,this paper aims to explore the impact of workplace bullying on workplace loneliness,and introduce social anxiety and fear of negative evaluation as multiple mediators between them.In this study,a random way was used to select the employees in a city,including enterprises and public officials,as the target group for questionnaire distribution.A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,392 questionnaires were recovered,31 unqualified questionnaires were eliminated,and361 valid questionnaires were collected.Spss23.0 software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,collinearity test and regression analysis on the questionnaire data.Amos17.0 was used to model the structural equation of the questionnaire to verify the prediction effect of bullying behavior,social anxiety and fear of negative evaluation on workplace loneliness.In statistical control,Harman’s single factor method is used to test whether there is common method deviation.The results show that:1.Occupational bullying,social anxiety,fear of negative evaluation and occupational loneliness have significant differences in demographic variables;2.Workplace bullying,social anxiety and fear of negative evaluation are positively correlated with workplace loneliness,workplace bullying and social anxiety are positively correlated,while fear of negative evaluation is positively correlated with workplace bullying,social anxiety and workplace loneliness;3.Workplace bullying has a significant positive predictive effect on workplace loneliness;workplace bullying also has a significant positive predictive effect on negative evaluation fear and social anxiety;social anxiety has a significant positive predictive effect on workplace loneliness and negative evaluation fear;negative evaluation fear has a significant positive predictive effect on workplace loneliness;4.The fit of the intermediary model is good,and the intermediary effect reaches a significant level.Social anxiety and fear of negative evaluation play a part of the intermediary role in the influence of workplace bullying on workplace loneliness;...
