Under the data foundation the author constructed the index system of University teachers's ethics construction influencing factors.By using the analytic hierarchy process, the author analysed the various factors which affect the teachers' morality construction.Through the analysis,it is clear that the influence of the social environment is highlight As well as the teacher's ethics mainstream key aspect are the outstanding teacher's ethics tradition,and the overall social values the education,the quite scientific school system and the majority of teachers improves own quality.
